The following type of bed frame is recommended: Sleeping on an unsuitable mattress can cause or aggravate back pain, a mattress that does not provide the necessary support to the body puts pressure on the back muscles and is not able to maintain the right spine. Mattresses with springs have some particularities: they are more difficult to deform, support more weight, ventilate naturally better and not to be neglected, they are more durable. The HARD MED mattress offers a firm surface, thanks to the polyurethane ribs found between the rows of springs, and at the same time, it is very comfortable thanks to the High Resilience foam.
