Materials The steel: All the profiles, including the gutters, are zinc-coated in continuous galvanization (Sendzimir, 275g of Zn/sqm). The type of steel is designed especially for greenhouses and tunnels, as it is more resistant to impact and distortion, and it has a smooth surface without porosities to scratch or prematurely degrade the cover film. The glazing can be made with opaque poly fim (full), polycarbonate (sides + poly film for the rest) or sandwich panels (sides + poly film for the rest). The metallic structure is made of galvanized steel of 60mm diameter. The Sendzimir Z275 zinc-coating and the E260 steel offer the guaranty of the quality and durability of these structures. The entire surface of the classic tunnel is covered in 200μm three-layered film, sealed with aluminum profiles with PVC. The film is thermal and it has the following properties: UV resistant (ultraviolet), EVA resistant (elongation 600%), anti-dust exterior layer, 90% transparency, 20% diffusion, anti-condensation interior layer, 0,20mm thickness, 57 months warranty and 6-7 years lifespan. The access is assured through a sliding door plated with polycarbonate and set up at one of the edges. For natural ventilation, the tunnel is equipped with a lateral opening through manual rolling of the film on both sides.
