It is used as a bottom layer when cutting the clothing details. Microperforated paper is good for small parts of clothes cutting, because due to the small size of the holes for air removal. It holds the ready-made small multilayered fabric details and prevents them from tightening or being pulled into the brushes of the automated cutting complex. This paper is also used for manual cutting. The paper quality is excellent. When it is unfolded on the cutting table, so-called “waves” do not appear and the edges do not wrap, which ensures the advantages of its use. It is the best choice to prevent slippage, tightening, and wrinkling of the fabric, while the fabric details are cut.

The main element of this technology is a sublimation paper. Most often, this technology is used when working with textiles in rolls, for direct sublimation printing, as well as for intermediate sublimation printing. In this case, the intermediate medium is sublimation paper, which is later used as a heat transfer print. Bag Printing – Non Woven Mat bags made of polypropylene (PP) are an optimal carrier for your advertisement and for trade fair and promotional use. Non woven bags can be formatted and printed in many ways. Screen printing, or fabric printing, is especially well-suited for small orders and simple printing (logos and flat surfaces) with one or two pure colour tones. If you need a higher printing quality or full-surface printing, offset printing is recommended for your printed fabric sack. Generally, this requires full-surface printing (100% printed surface). So that the design is as brilliantly colourful as possible, we use a white PP non-woven bag as our standard. The same thing goes for gravure printing with non-woven bag printing. When using gravure printing, we guarantee real photo quality printing for your non-woven bags. The SM-332-TA reaches speeds of up to 90 m/min with an acceleration of 1G with a motion repeatability +/- 0,1 mm. The cutting area is sectioned to concentrate the vacuum power in specific areas.
