Franke FTB linear tables impress with their compact and robust design. The integrated aluminum roller guide is maintenance-free and protected from dirt by a metal cover. It is driven by a spindle. Franke FTB linear tables are suitable for precise processes in many measuring, testing and positioning applications. They are available in stroke lengths from 100 to 1500mm.

Maintenance-free roller and conveyor chains offer a much longer service life than traditional low-maintenance/maintenance-free roller chains. The benefits for you are less downtime, longer replacement intervals for machine and system components and, as a result, a significant reduction in maintenance costs. Maintenance-free chains are used where relubrication is impossible or undesirable for hygiene reasons. Roller chains combine excellent wear resistance and durability with corrosion protection and environmental compatibility.

Accumulation chains guarantee trouble-free positioning of the transported goods and almost completely prevent jolts when the belt starts and stops. The idler rollers on each side serve two purposes: first, they engage with the sprocket teeth to transmit power, and second, they support the chain in the guide rail. Maintenance-Free Roller Bearings with Extended Service Life. Turmocomp HD 150 is a lubrication concept enabling effective lubrication of roller bearings even in complex operating conditions. The lubricating compound is a composition of molecular polymers and synthetic base oils. For applications in the food industry, H1-approved oils are being used. A subsequent heat treatment hardens the compound to a firm, open-porous matrix structure. It completely fills the bearing cavities and cannot be displaced easily. Due to its structure, a significantly greater amount of lubricant can be stored in comparison to conventional grease. This compound is suitable for almost any geometry of roller bearings. Turmocomp HD 150 is the perfect solution in applications where re-lubrication with conventional grease or oil is not possible or where bearing failures occur regularly after a very short time due to harsh operating conditions.

MEGAlife maintenance-free roller and conveyor chains can be used in all areas where relubrication is difficult or impossible. These include dry environments and applications where maintenance access is difficult. MEGAlife chains have nickel-plated parts and are therefore corrosion resistant and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +160°C. Depending on the application, the maintenance-free chains are supplied either dry or with additional special lubrication.
