Franke bearing asseblies type LVD are ready to install bearing assemblies with external gear, steel housing rings and integrated bearing elements. Franke bearing assemblies type LVD are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They can be supplied at short notice, in some cases even from stock. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The bearing elements are sealed on both sides and adjusted to preload.

Franke bearing asseblies type LVC are bearing assemblies made of steel, designed as double row angular contact ball bearings with integrated bearing elements. Franke LVC are suitable for highest circumferential speeds. They convince by very high dynamics and a very low rotational resistance. The double row angular contact ball bearings in a 4-point arrangement are preloaded. They are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The low rotational resistance and the minimal breakaway torque reduce the required drive power. Due to the low coefficients of friction, Type LVC bearing assemblies operate almost maintenance-free and achieve a long service life.

Franke Bearing Assemblies Type LVA are ready-to-install bearing assemblies with steel housing rings and integrated bearing element. They are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. Steel rollers with the jacket consisting of tube and bearing mounting head rigidly coupled by welding.Monobloc steel rollers are used in conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads. Depending on their application, the rollers have specific shapes for connection to the structure. PVC-STEEL cylindrical and tapered rollers with one or two grooves rolled on the steel tube, driven by round belt links in series or individually connected to a transmission bar activated by the motor unit. PVC and PVC-STEEL rollers with flat or toothed polyamide resin PA or steel ACC pulley driven by tangential belt or belt links in series. The LS 1679 has been specially developed for press brakes. The basis for its high accuracy and repeatability is its precise glass scale and high-quality integral bearing. Thanks to the material of its steel track and steel roller bearing component pair it is very robust. There are many variants for connection to the machine frame, whereby the ball coupling offers the most degrees of freedom. Besides the standard resolution with 5 µm measuring step there is also a variant with 1 µm. For perfect mounting to the two C-columns there are variants with rightward and leftward cable outlets.

These bearings are doublerow, full complement with a low cross sectional height designed for use in sheaves. There are two types, sealed and shield type. They can withstand heavy radial loads and shock loads at comparatively lowspeed rotations, and can also withstand axial loads. It is easy to fix them axially to sheaves using the stop rings of the outer ring. The width of the inner ring is designed to be larger than that of the outer ring, so they require no spacer between sheaves. The structure is stable because the doublerow of rollers can withstand the moment loads caused by rope transition. The rotary plate and the housing are made of gray cast iron.

While the conventional drives are dependent on an external controller unit, for the compact drives no additional controller is needed. The complete electrical parts, including the drive controller and encoder, are integrated on the motor board. Programming is done via standard PC using free software. The operation can be done without a PC, the created driving programs are stored in the compact drive and can be accessed via a separate input. The series of RT2A distinguishes by compact design with integrated precision roller bearing and worm drive. The rotary tables are sealed, IP 50 and can be driven in all fitted positions. For the mounting, standard drilling plans and special mounting flange and clamps can be used. Different limit switches are available: Standard: reference impulse, PNP-NC, 2 channel.

This multisided applicable precision rotary table is available in installation size of 300 mm of rotary plate diameter. The rotation plate is stored by a tempered roller-bearing. This enabled high moment rigidity within the radial and axial range as well as free positioning at less friction moments. The drive takes place alternatively via stepper- or AC servomotors by a hardened and polished precision worm with a worm wheel of bronze.
