To ensure that all values of the product are preserved, we manufacture packaging with and additional polyester layer providing a barrier to oxygen and light. The packaging should also prevent the loss of moisture and aroma of a packed product. Coffee bags are made of three-layer laminate with a metallised internal layer of the packaging. Our films feature rigidity and they are often the stabilo-type packaging. They are resistant to mechanical damage and stable during processing.

NATURTRAY is a laminate combining paper and rigid film. Designed to be used as a base web, it is thermoformable up to 15 mm. It comes in a wide variety of paper finishes, can be printed with flexography, offset and digital techniques, and allows customisation of weight and microns. Properties: High barrier and available without barrier too. Rigidity, resistance and MAP. Peelability can be added. Applications: Trays for many products, including cold cuts, sliced cheese and sliced meats.

Polyethylene LDPE has a high degree of short and long chain branching. It is one of the most simplest and common polymer. It has, therefore, less trong intermolecular forces as the instantaneous-dipole inducted-dipole attraction is less. This results in a lower tensile strength and increased ductility. LDPE is created by free radical polymerization. The high degree of branching with long chains gives molten LDPE unique and desirable flow properties. LDPE is used for both rigid containers and plastic film applications such as plastic bags and film wrap. LDPE Polyethylene are the most commonly industrially produced plastics. The various types of polyethylene are labelled according to their density. Low-density polyethylene, i.e. polyethylene with a density of between 0.91 to 0.94 g/cm³, usually referred to as LDPE. LDPE is mainly used for packaging products.

Important characteristics of this type of film are: Stretch Level: A pre-stretch level of 50% means the film can be stretched to twice its original length. This creates a tougher, more secure wrapping layer around the goods being packaged. Stiffness: Film with 50% pre-stretch typically has greater stiffness and resistance to deformation than softer versions of stretch film. This can be important when packaging products that require additional rigidity and stability. Load Securing: This type of stretch film is perfect for securing goods on pallets or in multipacks. A pre-stretch level of 50% provides reliable grip and protection of goods from shifting and damage during transportation and storage. Protection from dust and moisture: Like regular stretch film, the rigid version protects packaged goods from dust and moisture, which is especially important for warehousing and transportation.
