The AQUATRAC Station is a residual moisture meter that can be used both in the laboratory and in production without qualified personnel. The measurement is chemical-free and water-selective by means of capacitive dew point determination. The device is browser-based, so that complete access to all functions is possible via Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc. via network, smartphone, tablet or PC. A freely configurable material database and user-based user database with rights assignment that can be configured in small steps make working with the station simple. A Precisa scale can be coupled via USB to transfer the sample weight, and an optional label printer and signal light are available. Variable, freely combinable abort criteria for a measurement are the measuring time, the gradient H2O/min and a maximum moisture content. This makes the instrument flexible, highly precise and easy to operate both in production and in the laboratory.

The Measurement is reliable, water-selective and safe using a reagent the calcium hydride. The water released from the sample reacts with the calcium hydride to form hydrogen, which is measured by increasing the pressure in the system and gives a measure of the water content of the sample. This measuring principle is listed in ISO 15512:2019, "Plastics - Determination of water content" as method e.). The same standard also contains the Karl-Fischer measuring principle. The measuring instrument has a robust construction and is designed for use without qualified personnel in production and laboratory. This makes the AQUATRAC-V the world's only standard-compliant water-selective measuring instrument for use in production.

Condensate temperature control The Atmoset SMT regulates the residual moisture of the tissue with steam-heated cylinder dryers. The deviation of the condensate temperature from a preset setpoint is used to directly calculate the amount of energy required for drying. The heating output is optimised according to the product. The Atmoset SMT enables a stable and effective drying process. The optimal degree of drying is always reached, regardless of the weight of the product or the web speed.

Optimizes drying The Ecopac EMC uses the state of the art microprocessor technology to ensure product quality and optimise the energy balance for drying processes. The modular system for monitoring and controlling residual moisture, product temperature, dwell time and exhaust air humidity can be flexibly adapted to current production. Up to three of the same or different modules may be used as needed. This increases quality while saving resources and energy. Grinding chips are created by the grinding of metal components. It is a mixture of metal and corundum abrasion in combination with the cutting fl uids being used. By briquetting, the waste is reduced significantly and the briquettes possess a defi ned residual moisture. Thus, the disposal costs are reducedand depending upon the alloy, there is even the opportunity to sell the briquettes with a profit. In most cases, the expensive oil contained in the cutting fl uid can be reused. The briquetting system can already payoff for itself within less than 12 months by processing about 10 to 30 tons of the expensive oil contained in the cutting fl uid per year. Depending on the requirements, our briquetting systems for grinding chips are equipped with hydraulic motors ranging from 4kW to 22kW, and reach a specifi c pressure of up to 3,800 kg/cm². Membrane filter presses have a great influence on the dryness of the solid by using membrane technology in the filter plates. Compared to conventional filtration processes, it achieves the lowest residual moisture values in the filter cake. This makes the membrane filter press a powerful and the most widely used system. The high selectivity of the infrared detectors is obtained by filling themselves with the corresponding components, 13CO 2 and 12CO 2 respectively. The cross sensitivity of 13CO 2 to the high 12CO 2 concentrations is reduced by using a 12CO 2 gas filter in the 13CO 2 channel and mathematical hods.
