HVO also known as Renewable Diesel, is fossil-free paraffinic diesel fuel that can be used as a direct replacement for mineral diesel with up to 90% lower net CO2 emissions. Our HVO is derived from 100% certified waste materials and is produced from traceable feedstocks. The product is manufactuered by suppliers who are approved and regulated by the ZEMO Partnership program, who operate the Renewable Fuels Assurance Scheme (RFAS) meaning the GHG emission savings data is both tracable and credible. DSEC has been active in biodiesel production EPC as an alternative for the production of biofuels. Our company favors biodiesel production because it's a biodegradable, non-toxic, produced from renewable resources (vegetable oils, recycled or fatty frying oils animal) and that contains no petroleum product but which can be used to replace petroleum diesel in diesel engines. It can be used pure 100% (B100) as fuel replacement but it is used more often mixed with petrodiesel in concentrations of 2% (B2), 5% (B5) and 10% (B10). The ERC diesel particulate filter cleaning set is an affordable solution for clogged diesel particulate filters. The Effect It is well known that diesel particulate filter are not getting hot enough to burn ash particles deposits in the short-distance use ( ERC CatClean lowers the soot burn temperatur). But not only soot is influencing DPF function also other deposits , so called oilashes, disturb it and have to be removed from the DPF. Oilashes are even not burned at high temperatures of 500 - 600°C. Nonetheless it is not necessary to change the DPF. With ERC Diesel particulate filter cleaning set it is easy, effectiv and much cheaper to clean the DPF. The Result The ERC diesel particulate filter cleaning set is comprised of the diesel particulate filter cleaning concentrate and the diesel particulate filter flush. Used in succession, they actively break down the accumulated oil ash.
