The HydroCab PowerCore is the complete energy storage system combining benefits of hydrogen and battery systems. It is a short and longterm energy storage system. The modularity enables the design of the best system for your demands. The system is designed for an easy plug and play installation. The PowerCore can be delivered in a water cooled or air cooled version. Also ask us for outdoor or IP55 versions with an exhaust connection. Optional compressors and gas storage solutions complete the system. We also offer the installation and commissioning on site.

Every Enapter Electrolyser is capable to produce up to 0.5 Nm³/h. The output volume of every electrolyser can be set between 60% and 100%. The Hydrocab combines up to 4 modules to a single plug and play module. An optional Dryer module can increase the purity from 99.9% to 99.999%. The optional Water Purification System (WPS) can provide the needed water with the quality of < 20 µS/cm. A Water Tank Module can be installed and stores 38 l of deionized water. It is equipped with a pump which provides the needed supply pressure or the electrolyser modules. The WTM takes the space of one electrolyser and is needed when no direct water supply can be provided. Also it is recommended when more than one cabinet will be installed parallel.

The wastewater in the sewers is an ideal source of energy when combined with heat pumps and cooling machines, for heating and cooling of buildings. Per our experience, the minimal requirements for such a plant include: a wastewater flow of approx.. 10 l/s a wastewater temperature level of about 10°C a power requirement from 100kW (for heating and cooling from ca. 50kW). During the course of conveying wastewater to the sewage treatment plant, there are many possibilities for exploiting thermal energy. Wastewater can also be used many times over consecutively as energy source. Despite new inflows, or the confluence into larger canals, but also through heat influx from cooling systems, the change in temperature of the wastewater is mostly marginal. Innovative cities have ready energy guidelines (energy plans), based on which you can orient yourself to find out whether there is a suitable wastewater canal in your near vicinity (maximally approx. at a distance of 200 m).

The use of energy potential at the place of its origin is optimal. Ensuring the heat transfer in the heat exchanger is thereby a vital criterion and requires customized solutions. The torrent of sewage flow in buildings is collected in a containment volume for generating energy using heat exchanger for heating and cooling. No retention volume is necessary for continuous outflows and process heating. LIPP BUFFER STORAGE TANKS The individually tailored solution appropriate to heat storage requirements with useful volumes of 80 to 3,000 m³ is made of stainless steel with the Lipp dual seam system and operated in conjunction with insulation adjusted to the application at about 95 ° C. Since the Lipp system is unpressurised, the container solutions are extremely low maintenance and are very durable.
