ASCO’s automatic Dry Ice Machine BP425i produces slices in ten different thicknesses and two different types of pellets with a diameter of 3, 6, 10 or 16 mm (1/8, 1/4, 3/8 or 5/8 in) at the push of a button. Standard slice dimensions are 210 x 125 x 20 125 mm (8.3 x 4.9 x 0.8 4.9 in). Other slice/pellet dimensions are available on request. Depending on the setting, the production capacity ranges from 190 to 400 kg/h (418 to 882 lb/h). The dies for the production of different sizes do not have to be changed manually as they are already builtin and can be controlled at the touch screen panel. The automatic dry ice block, slice and pellet machine ASCO BP425i belongs to the ASCO iSeries line.

The Dry Ice Pelletizer P75i with a production capacity of 750 kg/h (1'653 lb/h) is the workhorse among the ASCO dry ice pelletizers. It is built for longterm operation incorporating a heavy duty type hydraulic system controlled by an integrated PLC with touch screen interface. Fully automatic control of oil temperature and dry ice snow production process guarantees continuous dry ice production without any supervision right from the beginning. The P75i can be ordered as a version with a reduced noise level or with an automatic extruder plate changer. Simply change the production from one set pellet size to another size at the push of a button. The Dry Ice Pelletizer P75i is the most powerful model in the range of ASCO iSeries dry ice production machines. With the software-based Big-LinX Edge Client any machine can be securely controlled and maintained remotely via a Windows-based HMI. The HMI serves as a remote maintenance access point without the need for additional hardware.

Big-LinX is an IIoT service & maintenance platform for secure remote maintenance of machines and systems, as well as for Industry 4.0 and IIoT applications. A GSM modem is a favourable option for transmitting plain text fault messages as text messages to operating staff‘s mobile phones for immediate notification of fault messages. The output of the message text can be freely configured. Text messages can be transmitted to several mobile numbers. Battery powered electromagnetic flowmeter for drinking water applications WATERFLUX 3070 is the first battery powered water meter for the drinking water industry that is capable of measuring flow, pressure and temperature with one sensor.
