We produce such components for the railways industry as: – partitions; – walls; – doors; – panels; – supporting frames for internal parts; – driver’s cab equipment; – equipment boxes; – stairs, handrails; – frames of seats, windows. Welding of constructions for railway is based on DIN EN 15085 CL1. We have implemented and certified quality assurance system consistent - we are welding new components at CL1 class level.

Additional significant features are the ease of cleaning, good illumination and an optimised air budget. Rippert additionally offers the option to mount the powder coating booth on rails for long components. In this case the component does not move through the booth; instead, the booth drives along the entire length of the component together with the worker.

The Valex elastomer pad, when used jointly with the clips of the Valex series, reduces significantly stress and wear of the rail and of the mechanical components of the crane. It helps to achieve an even distribution of the load of the wheels on the supporting stucture. The use of the elastomer pad is suggested above all in the following situations : the rails are subject to heavy working conditions ; the rails are subject to high vertical and, or lateral wheels stress ; the rails are operating in extreme weather conditions ; noise and vibrations shall be reduced to the minimum.
