Goods Only Lift with no pit requirement- SHERPA Efficient vertical transport of your goods The SHERPA goods only lift is our real all-rounder. It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. In its standard configuration, the SHERPA has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The lift is delivered as a free-standing structure with sheet metal cladding. The required pit depth is very small and can be altogether avoided by choosing the ramp option. No building modifications are required. The lift can be easily integrated into existing building and rack systems. Thus, the installation is fast and easy. This goods only lift is a tailor-made lift. We work closely with our customers, extend our flexibility to design and offer fully customized cabin sizes.

RACK CLAD BUILDING SYSTEMS Rack Clad Building Systems eliminates the roof and exterior siding needs of the warehouse and allows you to install a racking system. It eliminates roof and exterior siding needs and allows you to have a construction free racking system. Building construction is not necessa in advance with Rack Clad Building System. Rack Clad Building Systems does not require construction investment, providing a cost advantage from 18% to 30%. Since the use of columns and beams eliminated with the Rack Clad Building Systems, more space gained. Since the Rack Clad Building Systems are in demounted structure, it can easily be mobilized to another place and assembled. Corridor distances in building-free racking systems can be altered depending on type of loading equipment used. In the Rack Clad Building Systems, concrete is applied on the land/ shelves are xed on it, then exterior su ace is constructed by the facade covering (sandwich panel).

They provide excellent protection for pallet racks, corners, and columns that may be in warehouses. Guards help reduce or prevent damage. Pallet covers are required for fixed rack installations where industrial trucks are used (except when guided by rails). Pallet rack covers are the perfect solution in most situations. They can also be used to protect machines, rectangular columns, etc. Easy to install, the covers can be bolted directly to the concrete with mounting anchors and provide immediate protection for nearby resources. Each guard is a powder-coated yellow to ensure excellent visibility during operation.

The differential pressure transmitter DPT 100 has been especially designed for fast test processes in leakage and flow measurement, where a fast response time and high sampling rate are necessary. The compact design of the DPT 100 facilitates the use in standardised applications, e. g., and the installation in 19“ Rack. The DPT 100 with optionally RS485 interface uses the communication protocol Modbus RTU which has found the way in industrial communication as an open protocol. Carpet Racking utilises adjustable Pallet Racking Frames and Beams in a wide range of configurations to accommodate a wide variety of carpet lengths and roll diameters. Rolls are typically loaded end-on into the Racking system via a specially designed attachment on the fork lift or reach truck. Beam levels can be decked with Chipboard, Timber, MDF etc. to allow smaller carpets and off-cuts to be stored. Each system is designed on a bespoke basis, but there are similarities in many applications which include vinyl roll and artificial turf roll storage racks providing a good basis from which to start the design process.
