Carpet Racking utilises adjustable Pallet Racking Frames and Beams in a wide range of configurations to accommodate a wide variety of carpet lengths and roll diameters. Rolls are typically loaded end-on into the Racking system via a specially designed attachment on the fork lift or reach truck. Beam levels can be decked with Chipboard, Timber, MDF etc. to allow smaller carpets and off-cuts to be stored. Each system is designed on a bespoke basis, but there are similarities in many applications which include vinyl roll and artificial turf roll storage racks providing a good basis from which to start the design process. As manufacturers utilising the very latest production equipment, we can meet all requirements on a cost effective basis to suit individual customers’ needs for all pallet racking solutions.

ROLL LOADING SOLUTION GENERAL INFORMATION Load rolls directly from the ground using your hand or feet. Battery operated, forget about crank handles or foot pumps. Possible to lift up to 1.2 meters to load rolls from racks. Lifting weight maximum 150 Kilos. Designed for rolls up to 3.2 meters wide. You can move the lifter sideways to pass through doors (80 cm). Loading rolls to the printer becomes a one person job. Quick Lifter is the best way to avoid back injuries among employees.

ROS ’s roller edges can be used in particular for safe movement of boxes and cartons in flow racks. The rolls are made of high qual­i­ty ther­mo­plas­tics (Polypropy­lene), impact resis­tant and break-proof. The mate­r­i­al is acid and base resis­tant and does not absorb humid­i­ty. The rolls can be eas­i­ly exchanged. The roller edge with steel axle is designed for easy trav­el­ing and low noise mate­r­i­al flow. This edge is a sol­id, vari­able and eco­nom­ic solu­tion for dif­fer­ent logis­tic ranges of application.
