Industrial cardboard shredders, of the FP299 ED12 series, are professional machines designed for all companies that have to manage used cartons and packaging within their production cycle. Used cartons can be conveniently cut and transformed, from inconvenient waste destined for disposal, to practical material for shockproof and filler packaging. With this cardboard shredder model, elastic nets can be obtained. All models are equipped with high efficiency heat-hardened steel blades that resist the passage of small pieces of metal and staples. In any case, whenever possible, it is advisable to remove the staples before chop the cardboard, to preserve the cutting knives as much as possible and also to avoid finding metal pieces inside the packaging material that is created. ID cards differ from standard PVC cards. ID cards are usually equipped with personal data and a photo of the cardholder. High quality ID cards are made from Ploycarbonat to guarantee highest stability and life. Besides the optical personalization the ID card can also contain a RFID- or contactchip. The RFID chip has a unique serial number (UID), the encoding defines the cardholder and makes duplicates or forgery almost impossible. Additional protection against forgery can be a hologram on the card. The Plastic card is usually printed in Offsetprint CMYK first and personalized afterwards. The personalization can be made directly before issue of the card by a card printer. Small quantities can be realized in digital print, where the layout and the personal data are printed on the card in one step. We strictly follow the guidelines of the German Data Protection Act. RFID (Radio Frequency Identifikation) is a technology that uses electromagnetic waves to communicate between transmitter and receiver. The transmitter is a transponder containing a programmed unique code (UID), the receiver is a compatible reading unit. In the cards technology the transponders are flat coils with antenna integrated inside the PVC card - invisible from outside. The surface can be fully printed - in contrary to the classic contactchips where you need to consider the position of the chip while creating the layout of the card. RFID cards are very handy, according to the type, frequency or performance of the antenna the cards are readable contacless also from distance. The Standard Plastic card is heat proof up to about 60°C. For most applications this is sufficient. There are special demands where a much higher heat proof is needed, such as use of cards in hot regions or especially in the car behind the windshield. Special HT material can resist high temperatures up to 110°C. Because of the characteristics of the material also higher resistance against breaking and more flexural stiffness.
