Is a material belonging to the group of highperformance thermoplasts. It has the best heat resistance among plastics with technical use. It also has very high chemical resistance. It is insoluble in all known solvents and resistant to weather conditions. It is characterized by the lowest coefficient of friction, as well as excellent insulation and the lowest dielectric coefficient. Chemical pump with electrical temperature control. The CHEM series is designed to be easy to maintain. Separate pump covers allow a quick inspection of the inner workings from both sides of the pump. To adjust the axial clearance we use shims which can be varied according to process parameters. Installed directly in the water supply line, Dosatron pumps operate without electricity, using water pressure as its sole power source. On its way through, the water activates the plunger, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate. Inside the pump, the concentrate is mixed with water. The water pressure forces the solution downstream. Once set, the pump requires no further attention.
