This feeder consists of a completely overhauled rotary feeder from CMC, a new pressure/vacuum pump made by Becker, and a self-programmed control system. All components are mounted on a stable frame made of aluminum construction profiles, which can be placed as a compact unit autonomously at any desired position in the production. The machine can either be operated continuously or controlled by an external signal. This allows inserts to be placed with pinpoint accuracy in a collecting section or at high speed on a conveyor belt to be addressed via inkjet, for example. We offer a 6-month warranty on parts and service for this machine. Our systems can be freely configured according to your needs. The MEMDOS LB solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump is the ideal solution for applications where the pump needs to be integrated into control systems or control loops. Thanks to its robust plunger drive and the option of manual or automatic capacity adjustment, the MEMDOS LB reliably and precisely doses various media such as acids, alkalis, precipitants and flocculants. The dosing capacity is adjusted either by mechanically adjusting the stroke length or by controlling the speed of the three-phase motor via a separate frequency converter. This flexibility enables precise control of the flow rate to meet different requirements. On request, the MEMDOS LB is also available with a double diaphragm system, which offers additional safety and reliability. Colloide designs and builds customised energy centres which generate heat which can then be distributed to buildings or district heat networks. We can also incorporate CHP units within the energy centre, providing electricity along with heat and a low carbon heat and power solution. Our energy centres are often designed to have more than one energy source, allowing the plant operator to vary the energy sources in relation to the energy demand and the best value for money at a given time. Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit Our centres are engineered to include the energy sources, thermal stores, instrumentation, control systems, pumping and pipework network – building in as much flexibility as possible so that the plant can be operated as efficiently as possible.

Colloide designs and installs heat pump systems. The heat pump extracts the energy at the source temperature and then raises the temperature to a useable level. A heat exchanger is used to extract the heat from the circuit at this point, with the now cooled medium being returned to the source where it is reheating. Reversible heat pumps can also be used in cooling function which can be important in the summer months. The heat pump works as part of a closed loop, operating between the heat source and the building where it is to be used. Heat sources include air, water, ground and waste heat. The higher the temperature and larger the size of the source energy, the better it is for providing energy. Colloide designs its systems to maximise the return from the heat source. Our heat pumps include a control system. The control system will vary depending on the plant, but is always designed to give our customers full control, including the ability to monitor performance remotely.

District heating systems include a centralised energy centre which then distributes the heat through a network of insulated pipes to the buildings which are connected to the network. The network of pipework consists of a flow and return loop which passes each building. Colloide uses local substations in each building to control the flow of water from the district heating pipework loop through each substation and this flow is used to generate heat in the local building. The central energy centres are generally designed to have more than one energy source, which allows the plant operator to select the most cost efficient and sustainable way of providing the energy needed with the energy sources being brought on and off line to meet demand. We design and build the district heating and cooling networks to include the pumps, pipework, thermal stores, instrumentation, control systems, local substations, heat exchangers and communication through a central control system.

The versatile control unit for handling, assembly technology, linear robots The unipos 330 is a universal, modular CNC continuous path control for up to 3 axes (interpolating) in connection with a PLC for controlling most reliable applications for machine construction automation technology, machine tools and special applications. For controlling these heating systems, Klöpper Therm developed a new controller offering maximum safety and convenience apart from the approved precise and reliable control. The frost protection controller can easily be confi gured and monitored via web interface. The integrated wake on LAN function enables the booting up of a PC in case of failures (e.g. in a control room) and informs the operating personnel about the type and place of failures.

The StrongLine operating pillars are aluminum (3 mm thick) welded columns, standard powder coated anthracite (RAL 7016), have a sturdy base plate. The StrongLine pillar is availlable in heights from 1.2 and 1.5 meters for vehicles, 1.8 meters for pedestrians and 2.4 meters for trucks. These operating pillar can be equipped with 1 or more cutouts for mounting hardware modules and feature a door on the backside for accessibility of the components.

An operating column is different for every application, which is why we invested a lot of energy in the design of our SmartLine modular column. The SmartLine operating column consists of anodised corner profiles and aluminium painted side panels. Because an operating column helps determine the look of your service, we offer you the option of personalising your column.
