Depending on the respective requirements, different PTFE seals are suitable for you: Our comprehensive range includes, for example, PTFE thread sealing tapes with a temperature resistance of -200°C up to +260°C. The PTFE tapes are both, odourless and insoluble. In addition, the PTFE thread sealing tapes have a particularly low coefficient of friction, which improves their performances. We also offer PTFE cord with a pressure resistance of up to 10 bar. Possible applications include valves as well as piston and centrifugal pumps.

For some highly corrosive liquid products, this machine can adapt PTFE pump, PTFE hose and sealing material, so as to avoid the corrosive of the machine 2. The parts in contact with the liquid conform to the GMP standard. When filling, the filling head extends into the bottle and the bottle is sealed to ensure that the liquid does not foam and overflow, and the liquid level in the bottle is consistent. 3. The modular GEMÜ 553 distribution valve comprises various globe valve modules. These can be equipped with manual or pneumatic operators. The downstream media is isolated using a PTFE seal. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing. This provides a low-maintenance and reliable valve spindle seal even after an extended period of operation. The wiper ring that is installed upstream of the gland packing also protects this against contamination and damage. The individual modules can be easily connected using screws. The seal on the connection flange and between the individual valve bodies has an FPM O-ring.
