EXCOR EMIBO Classic Capsules can be used as VCI diffusers in cavities in transport and storage packages. The simple dosing and ease of handling makes them ideal for users' individual container systems; spent diffusers are simply replaced by new ones. If used according to the instructions, EXCOR EMIBO VCI diffusers provide corrosion protection for up to 15 years. If the packaging is re-used, the capsules can be replaced as and when the circumstances of your product cycle allow. EXCOR will be glad to offer advice on suitable replacement intervals. On request EXCOR can provide EMIBO Classic capsules fitted with self-adhesive strips or Velcro to allow them to be attached to the packaging.

The EMIBO Nature VCI dispenser capsule consists of 100 percent natural raw materials. While the shell is made of tough cardboard, the VCI carrier inside the capsule consists of multi-layered technical filter paper. For faster VCI release and improved circulation, EMIBO Nature uses an innovative VCI chamber system. In addition to a rapid build-up of the VCI protective atmosphere, EMIBO Nature offers a reservoir of active ingredients that maintains its protective function even under extreme climatic conditions. As a handy accessory, the VCI dispenser made of pure cellulose is particularly suitable for one-way packaging. It is simply disposed of as waste paper.

EXCOR ZERUST Capsules have been specially designed for the protection of electrical and electronic equipment such as switchboards. EXCOR VCI corrosion protection is provided within a defined radius. EXCOR offers customers ZERUST capsules which remain effective for approximately one to two years, depending on how well sealed the surrounding space or packaging is. EXCOR ZERUST Capsules should be positioned as centrally as possible within the packaging and as close as possible to the metal requiring protection. A self-adhesive strip on the back of each capsule makes them easy to attach.

EXCOR UNICO is a soft open-cell foam 5 mm thick which has been impregnated with VCI. Thanks to its cellular structure it has a very large diffusing surface area which means that the VCIs rapidly reach saturation point within the packaging. UNICO foam can be used as a VCI booster in very voluminous film packages. UNICO foam is available in rolls or sheets. It is odour-free, dry and resistant to ageing. If you wish to attach it to walls or lids EXCOR can supply the product fitted with a self-adhesive strip.

Our sustainable standup and flatbottom pouches are suitable for almost every filling good from body scrubs to face powders. They have excellent laboratorytested barrier properties against oxygen, humidity and UV light – thus, they have amazing protection against moisture and heat and serve as a protective shield against oxidations. The materials used are made out of recyclable mono plastic or sustainable paper. Due to small runs starting at 500 pieces, not only every beauty product gets their own design, but every scent, size and type as well. Special and limited editions are no problem and quickly realized due to digital processes and fast delivery. Our pouches are fully printed and provide you with all the space you need for branding and product information. Design effects such as transparency or metallic spaces can be realized easily and without additional cost.
