In rooms where electrical, power, logistic or ventilation installations need to be installed under the floor, a raised floor system is necessary. Steel profiles are the very important element of the supporting structure of this system. The steel grate made of profiles with dimensions: 40/40x2,00 and 40/82x2,00 is an excellent and stable base for boards. It increases the load capacity of the entire system. Thanks to this, the arrangement of the surface runs very smoothly and in accordance with the standards. Product application: - office space arrangement, auditoriums, non-standard facilities. - an arrangement of industrial and technical areas (server rooms, electrical switchboards)

Gates are made of profiles, fibreglass gratings and stainless steel accessories. The swing leaves size can be adapted to customer needs. Gates are available in the following versions: • gates for driveways with two swing leaves and manual closing - CE marked • pedestrian gates with one swing leaf and manual closing FRP gates for driveways bear the CE marking in compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011. Tested in accordance with UNI EN 13241-1 standard.

Ladders, walkways and work platforms are built with pultruded profiles, FRP gratings and stainless steel accessories in accordance with EN ISO 14122 standard (Permanent means of access to machinery) within the framework of Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive). They have been conceived and designed to best meet the needs of each customer. They are entirely prefabricated in the factory and supplied in pre-assembled modules. Thanks to their lightweight (the specific weight of fibreglass is about 1/5 of that of steel) they can easily be installed on existing structures, without these having to be modified. The absence of maintenance and durability ensure a drastic reduction in operating costs. The characteristics of the materials used and the careful planning allow to create safe structures in compliance with the latest regulations in the field.

Fences are made with fibreglass gratings and profiles and are mostly suited for use in areas where electrical isolation, resistance to chemical or atmospheric agents are required. They are also an excellent solution for the airport sector for their non-magnetic and radiolucency properties. Standard colours are grey or green, but on request they can be supplied in different colours. On request the top extension arm is also available.

Our high-grade friction saw blades, MALTESERKREUZ BRAND, are used among other things for cutting profiles, thin-walled tubes, gratings etc.. It is characterised by its high abrasion resistance and a long life-time.
