Our technical specialists are trained directly by the manufacturers of plastic card printers in order to always meet the constantly growing technological requirements of the printing systems with the necessary competence. These certifications allow us to carry out all warranty repairs on behalf of the manufacturers. Incoming defective devices can usually be shipped again within a day, so that the downtime for the customer is kept very low.

Flexible silicone heaters are resistant to permanent temperatures up to 200°C, with self-adhesive foil 180°C should not be exceeded. Higher temperatures of 230°C are possible for a short time without destroying the heater. Our technicians can, in most cases, be on site within 8 hours (UK) for an emergency repair to assess the problem. If the coding machine repairs can be made at the time, the technicians will make the repairs. Otherwise, they will source required parts, provide you with an accurate and reliable quote, and inform you of a time and date for the repairs to be made. We provide arrange RTB repairs for European clients and on-site repair are available on request.
