The Mounting Holed Type High Rigidity Crossed Roller Bearing has an integral structure (nonsplit) for both the inner and outer rings, with mounting holes that allows it to be easily attached to equipment. INOX® Brake Cleaner is a highly effective cleaning agent for drum and disc brakes, brake linings and pads, clutch linings and pressure plates, as well as all parts in and around the motor vehicle which are contaminated with oil, grease, etc. Due to the high proportion of active ingredients, an intensive and fast-acting cleaning is achieved. No residues remain. It is not corrosive and generally does not attack rubber and plastics. However, due to the variety of plastics on the market, a compatibility test is recommended.

In the tried-and-tested, gasketed design, the EC-series offers many benefits to the user on top of its ease of operation. Due to the internal drainage, use in even the most hygienically clean areas is possible. The press lock is performed by an automatically self-regulating pneumatic/hydraulic closing system. The automatic closing pressure maintenance ensures that the plate pack always remains closed. An adjustable pressure switch with a potential-free contact is provided for integration into the customer's control system. This prevents the feeding pump from running uncontrollably. Also, as with all AQUACHEM filter presses, the discharge manifold can be generated here at the customer's request. Due to the gasketed design, the seamless backflushing of the filter media in the filter press is possible. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated, offering a high level of protection against external influences.

Micanite is a kind of insulation paper which is impregnated with a heat resistant binder and afterwards pressed in several shifts under heat and high pressure to plates. This material is heat resistant up to 350 °C, as special construction (Phlogopit) up to 450 °C, and is used for the wire wound formers as well as for the encapsulating cover plates of mica surface heaters. Because of the typical "sandwich"-construction of Micanite Flat Heating Elements and their high watt density it is necessary to use a platen to press the mica heater onto the surface to be heated. Established on the market for round Flat Heating Elements are some standard dimensions (Ø 58 / Ø 65 / Ø 80 / Ø 100 / Ø 160 / Ø 260 mm). But normally Micanite Surface Heating Elements are constructed on customer's request. Mica heaters can be metal sheathed for higher mechanical stability. This makes the heater flexible, so that it is also possible to build a band heater.

Their clamping elements are available for shaft diameters of 50 to 340 mm and ensure maximum holding forces. The clamp is immediately applied by the diaphragm and spring-plate system when pressure is lost. Pneumatic quick-switch valves reduce the reaction times. The costs are low in comparison with hydraulic clamping systems. Their performance is, however, achieved or exceeded despite the compact and easy to assemble design. Special versions for YRT bearings as well as active clamping elements are additionally available. ACE recommends the use of the optional shaft flange as wear protection. The clamping force can be increased considerably by the use of the additional air function.

In flour mills, the roller mill is used to break and crush the wheat. This is the most important machine of a flour mill. It consists of two pairs of parallel working rolls. The product that collects into the inlet glass moves the pneumatic pressure plates and the feed rolls start to feed the products homogeneously into the rolls. In the meantime, the gap between the rolls is reduced by pneumatic pistons and the product is ground by passing between the rolls. The bushings of the roller mills are spheroid casting and the rolls have conical arms.

Homogenizing large tank volumes, mixing-in additives during the production of lubrication oil and suspending solids in a liquid phase are typical applications for the pneumatic pulse-mixing technology of PULSAIR. The process, patented worldwide, is based on an injection of an adjustable pressure pulse underneath an accumulator plate, installed on the bottom of the mixing tank. The injected pressurized air forms a big air bubble, soaring within the tank and displacing the surrounding liquid. Meanwhile negative pressure is generated underneath the bubble, sucking the surrounding material. This produces in the tank a vertical flow directed upwards, adjustable according to the requirements by varying the pulse length and the pulse duration. Contrary to mechanical agitators the height of the tank is very marginal. No moving parts or shaft bearings are in the tank.

This electric pan is designed for preparing different meals and dishes. Food is thermally processed – by frying in oil or stewing with water. The pan may be used in large-scale kitchens, factory canteens or buffets. The unit is made of food safe stainless steel. The upper part of the appliance contains a cooking vessel whose cover is attached to the support frame and placed on slide bearings. The cooking vessel may be manually tilted using a turning wheel on the right side of the appliance.
