Discover the easy handling of our Pressure Transmitter and Reader of the PT-RF series. The PT-RF series of pressure transmitters are an alternative solution for universal pressure measurements for fluid technology applications, which will provide benefits for system operators, maintenance personnel and repair technicians as well as for original equipment manufacturers. The advantages resulting from the use of the new technology for system operators, maintenance personnel and repair technicians are clear: Measurements can be carried very easily, without extensive training and within a few seconds at the press of a button and then documented in a reliable process. Unscrewing and re-installing pressure gauges or other measuring and display devices – practically a temporary opening of the system – is not required. Potential hazards for people, machines and the environment, for example from emitted residual oil in the test hose or leaks at the measuring point, as well as ingress of...

The Total-Meter™ is a fully calibrated electronic flow meter with a built-in flow totalizing function. The Total-Meter™ utilizes field-proven differential pressure flow measurement technology to accurately monitor industrial liquids or gases. The actual flow rate is displayed locally on the 4 digit LED display and is also retransmitted with a scalable 4-20mA output for remote monitoring. In addition, the Total-Meter™ tracks total volumetric consumption up to 999,999,999,999 engineering units and will communicate using the ModbusRTU protocol over RS-485/232. The Total-Meter™ is designed to be piped directly into a gas or liquid pipeline and requires minimal space. Integrated programmable flow alarm output can be configured to trigger either high or low flow alarm situations based on actual flow rates.

To ensure that an instrument provides accurate measurements, regular calibrations are necessary. Calibration means to operate a target-performance comparision using a measuring instrument and a traceable reference. Calibration of instruments is essential in every area where sensitive measurement technology is used, e.g. in the manufacturing of sensors. It is the only way to guarantee quality standards and prevent defects arising in processes and products from the outset. For companies wanting to attain ISO 9001 certification, regular calibration of testing equipment is a requirement. halstrup-walcher has been accredited by the German calibration service DKD and Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) as a calibration laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 since 1999 – among other things for calibration of pressure measurements.

The pressure transmitters of the 9LC series use the chip-in-oil developed by KELLER, uniting a pressure measuring cell, digital temperature compensation and signal processing in a compact housing made of stainless steel or Hastelloy. The transmitters are extremely resistant to environmental influences and deliver compensated measurement results as an analog, ratiometric 0,5...4,5V output signal over a wide temperature range.

The pressure transducers of the PD-10L series have been developed to measure differential pressure. These OEM pressure transducers have a single silicon diaphragm in their interior, which is pressurised from both sides and measures the pressure difference directly. This design enables them to measure tiny pressure differences even at an extremely high line pressure.

The pressure transmitters of the 9LD series use the chip-in-oil technology developed by KELLER, uniting a pressure measuring cell, digital temperature compensation and signal processing in a compact housing made of stainless steel or Hastelloy. The transmitters are extremely resistant to environmental influences and delivery highly accurate measurement results as a digital output signal. The I2C interface and the low supply voltages make it easy to integrate in microcontroller-based systems. The extremely low power consumption is ideal for battery-operated devices. The D line is perfect for IoT solutions.

The compact pressure transponders consist of a digital, extremely robust D-line pressure transmitter and a passive RFID module. They obtain their power from the reader and therefore do not require a power connection or battery replacement. The 21D RFID transponders are therefore perfect for convenient on-side reading of instantaneous values, e.g. during inspection tours or safety checks on large vehicles.
