Preservatech’s Maxi One constant volume humidity generator is a fully automatic positive pressure air supply device, designed to provide conservation-quality humidity control for museum display or storage enclosures. A single microclimate unit in a remote location (such as a machine room) can reliably maintain extremely stable humidity control and pollution abatement for an entire gallery of showcases. SUGGESTED APPLICATION: Use these units to supply air to multiple display cases, very large volume showcases, multiple storage enclosures or small archive rooms where: Energy cost savings of up to 50% are to be realized. Accurate humidity control in new or renovated galleries may be expensive or impractical. Existing air conditioning systems or building envelopes cannot maintain adequate humidity control.

The Maxi One S constant volume humidity generator is an automatic, positive pressure humidity control device for museum displays. The Maxi One S offers a unique scalable output: a single unit in remote location can reliably maintain stable humidity levels in multiple small, or one or more very large showcases, up to 80 meters distant. The Maxi One S can provide up to 430 cubic meters of pollution free, clean, humidity controlled air per day.One or more air pumps are used to provide filtered air at the delivery pressure and flow required for the application. In the Maxi One S the air is passed through an cooled water bath to control humidity levels, and distributed to the enclosures via flexible tubing.

Clamp for drums to install on the forks of the forklift. The clamp consists of a sturdy steel frame and fork mounted on a forklift. Operation: The connection and disconnection of the drum is automatic and the operator should not fall from the cart, simply push the caliper to the frame, apply light pressure and lift. The clamping device is extremely safe because it is constituted by a double hook, the release is done automatically by placing the drum to the floor. The trolley is suitable for lifting full drums, it is possible lifting the empty drums by pressing it over a pressure to hook the trolley. In the case of empty drums, a second operator must manually apply a pressure on the drum to enable the hooks to be activated.

Piston diaphragm dosing pumps are particularly precise and pressure-independent dosing devices. The dosing quantity changes proportionally to the stroke length and can be set reproducibly down to the smallest quantities. For this reason, twin and multiple piston pumps are particularly suitable for precise mixing tasks in which a constant ratio of different media, which can be set as required, must be metered. The total quantity can be infinitely varied from 5% to 100% at a constant ratio using externally adjustable drive motors. Heated heads allow the dosing of cold, rigid media. An optional flushing lantern can be used to prevent harmful leaks and to protect the packings and pistons against abrasive substances.

Heated type blower chemical air dryers are devices used to remove moisture from compressed air. These devices are pressurized It dries the air in two stages. In the first stage, compressed air passes through a column filled with silicagel, a desiccant substance. Silicagel dries the air by absorbing moisture in the air. In the second stage, a heated blower dries the silica gel, making it ready to absorb moisture again. The most important feature of heated type blower desiccant air dryers is that they do not use compressor air. Blower and high efficiency with the support of the heater, waste air is sucked and heated fully automatically. Thanks to the high-tech PLC (electronic control) dew point and heating/regeneration are adjusted and moisture is removed in the most efficient way. Reduces air loss. Conventional desiccant dryers use dried air during regeneration and compressed air causes loss. Heated type blower desiccant air dryers use atmospheric air during regeneration.

A Steam Conditioning Valve / Combined PRDS Valve is the combination of pressure reduction and temperature reduction of superheated steam to fit process needs, protect downstream equipment or allow the use of less expensive materials or schedules for downstream piping. This is done with a pressure reducing valve and a spray water addition section either as separate units or a single device. Pressure reduction is carried out with a pressure reducing trim within the valve body, usually multi stage pressure reduction. The pressure is controlled by an upstream or downstream pressure controller, signaling the valve to modulate to maintain the pressure at the required set point.Temperature is controlled by adding water to the steam in such away that it will get fully evaporated in the steam, termed as desuperheatmg. These applications are normally considered to be some of the most severe services of any valves in a modem steam plant.

The OPTIBAR PC 5060 is a pressure transmitter for process pressure and hydrostatic level measurement in all kinds of process applications. It is designed for absolute and gauge pressure measurement in open tanks and – as dual version for electronic differential pressure measurement – also in closed vessels. The DK46/47/48/800 is a variable area (VA) flowmeter for monitoring and adjusting extremely small flow rates of liquids and gases. It is thus particularly useful for sample flow monitoring in analyser systems and gas chromatographs or measuring liquids and gases in laboratories and pilot installations. The purgemeter operates without auxiliary power supply and is available with different glass tube and installation lengths from 90 to 325 mm / 3.55 to 12.8". The medium is visible and the flow value can be read directly off the scale at the height of the float. The glass flowmeter can be provided with max. two limit switches (NAMUR) or a 3-wire digital output. For precise setting of the flow value, the VA meter features a needle valve. The DK 46/47/48/800 is also available with a differential pressure/flow regulator to provide constant flow rates in case of varying inlet or outlet pressures. Force-of-gravity separators, which are used as pre-filters or for the separation of large quantities of dust and swarf. Cyclone separator Cyclones are force-of-gravity separators. The separation principle is based on centrifugal force, which is produced by the tangential injection of the raw air. Cyclones are used as pre-filters or for the separation of large quantities of dust and swarf. The degree of separation of a cyclone is not normally sufficient to meet the usual environmental protection requirements. The cyclone exhaust air must be post-filtered in most cases. Product description A cyclone essentially consists of three parts: the intake cylinder, the cone and the immersion tube. In the intake cylinder, the raw air is brought into a circular path by means of tangential injection. Due to the taper of the subsequent cone, the speed of rotation increases sharply, so that the particles are pressed by centrifugal force against the outer wall and decelerated by friction, causing them to drop out of the air stream and fall down. The cleaned air leaves the cone in an upward direction via the central immersion tube. Cyclones are usually welded sheet steel structures. Cellular wheel sluices or, in individual cases, double-gate sluices are used for the pressureless discharge of the material. In order to increase the cyclone effect, or the degree of separation, counter-spirals with a pipe connection can be placed on top of the immersion tube. Further options are, for example, wearing devices, explosion pressure relief devices, control flaps, level monitoring devices and manufacturing in stainless steel or galvanised sheet steel.

The term inline filter refers to an expandable, bolted, modular system. Depending on requirements, appropriate filter and air injection sections are connected together in series. The capacity range extends from approx. 10,000–300,000 m³/h. RS / RX filter The RS / RX series are a proven, expandable, modular system with low-pressure purge-air cleaning. Depending on requirements, appropriate filter and air injection sections are connected together in series. The capacity range extends from approx. 20,000–300,000 m³/h. RS / RX filters are suitable only for vacuum and positive pressure operation. The housing parts are usually made of 2 mm thick galvanised sheet steel. A thicker material in a painted execution as well as in stainless steel is also optionally available. The RS / RX series is 2.85 m wide. Filter hose lengths of 3 m (standard) and 4 m are available for this. The RSEC series has been designed for smaller air quantities and for above-roof installation. This series has a housing width of 2.4 m and 2 m-long filter hoses. The filter hoses are manufactured from polyester needle felt; the filtering direction is from the outside inwards. Filter cartridges and filter tubes are alternatively possible. The filter hoses are cleaned off using the material-preserving low-pressure purge-air system. The purging trolley inside the clean air compartment drives over the hose openings either continuously or controlled by pressure. In the direction of movement the first filter hose row is neutralised, while the second row is flushed from the clean air side. The third row is likewise neutralised. This results in a draught delay, which is necessary in order to allow the dislodged dust to fall into the discharge. The dust is discharged by a tried-and-tested drag conveyor with a downstream cellular wheel sluice. The return air pipes are provided with fire protection flaps and switching devices for exhaust air operation. The filter housing has been tested for resistance to pressure surges. Standard safety devices include likewise tested explosion pressure relief devices, fire extinguishing systems, mechanical and thermal monitoring systems as well as pressure-surge-resistant and flameproof cellular wheel sluices. The transport fan is arranged on the clean air side and is not exposed to swarf and dust. Hence, the conditions of a dust explosion zone do not prevail in the transport fan. RSV/RXV filter This series essentially differs from the RS/RX series in that its fans are arranged on the clean air side. RSV/RXV filters are suitable only for vacuum pressure operation. The capacity range extends from approx. 20,000 - 300,000 m³/h. The filter hoses are likewise cleaned off using the material-preserving low-pressure purge-air system.
