Pressure Shot blasting cabinets are designed for small and medium blasting in the cabin by talking in a way. They perform faster sandblasting than sandblasting cabinets and can be used with any type of sand. It is envisaged as an integrated state of pressure boilers and vacuum-blasting cabins. Thanks to the cartridge filter coupled inside the cabin, a clear view is provided during sandblasting and the jet-pulse system filter is automatically cleaned with the air used. Pressure-blasting boilers that can be used as portable are a type of sandblasting machine that can be managed by an operator and can be conveniently kept by the operator in open areas. Portable sandblasting machines are capable of blasting with all kinds of granules and are controlled by a remote pneumatic trigger. It is preferred for sandblasting large parts, vehicles, and steel constructions. Although the portable sandblasting machines produced by BF BLAST operate at 6-8 bar, they are put into production after being tested with 22 bar pressure water and passing quality control.

WIWOX® DP-EU pressure blasting cabinets clean and process tools and parts in just a few seconds. Fine blasting granulates are shot onto the surface by means of compressed air and remove dirt and corrosion. The blasting nozzle is manually guided during the processing of individual parts. Process automation is also possible. For this purpose, the workpiece or the blasting nozzle is moved by motor. The pressure blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues and layers, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Deburring and finishing of surfaces is also possible. In extensive tests with your tools you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system. WIWOX® DI-EU injector blasting cabinets are designed for use in production and maintenance. Ready for use equipped with integrated cartridge filter and abrasive recovery system. Economical operation with fine-grained abrasives with low air consumption of approx. 800 l/min. at 6 bar blasting pressure. The blasting media is continuously sucked out of the cabinet by a constant negative pressure and separated from dirt and dust in a downstream cyclone. A cyclone screen (possibly with ring magnet) collects coarse impurities. In this way, only clean abrasive remains in circulation. The used abrasive, dust and small impurities are led through the cartridge filter chamber to the dust collecting bucket.

WIWOX® DP-BB blast cabinets with combined blasting and blow-off function (Blast´n´blow®) and ex-protection accord. to 1999/92/EC for paint stripping and surface decoating in seconds. Fine organic blasting media get shot onto the workpiece by compressed air, whereby even stubborn thick layers are loosened in shortest time by the effect of the soft, but sharp-edged granulates. Even sensitive tool surfaces get not damaged. The blasting process is suitable for the removal of all solid, exposed residues, especially on metallic surfaces of production tools and high-quality machine parts. Blasting granulate and blasting pressure are adapted to the respective application. With the pressure blasting process you can clean extruder and injection moulding screws, blowing heads, moulds and profile tools much faster and more gently than with conventional cleaning methods. In extensive tests with your own workpieces you can convince yourself of the economic efficiency of our system.

KAMAT foot valves and foot switches are products of the highest technical quality. They are designed for opening and closing the water supply to high pressure blasting equipment. This valve can be used to open and close the water supply to a high pressure blasting unit. The water is supplied by a high pressure hose connected to the foot valve. When the pedal of the valve is depressed, the valve opens. When the pedal is released, the valve closes and the water is discharged through the bypass without pressure. The foot valve and high pressure pump can also be connected via an electrical switch. If the pump has a suitable control, the pressure generation is switched on or off mechanically when the valve is actuated. The KAMAT foot valve has been designed and constructed in accordance with the rules of technology and applicable standards and guidelines.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

The KamJet is our solution for trouble-free extreme high pressure blasting on a mobile platform. The trailer mounted high pressure unit is powered by a 175kW Volvo diesel engine and produces pressures up to 3,000 bar for up to eight hours on a full tank of fuel. The KamJet mobile high-pressure unit with advanced control unit, optionally suitable for powering the Gekko system. Only high quality parts used - Our KamJet is a complete solution and comes mounted on a twin axle trailer that can travel at speeds of up to 100km/h. All parts and pipework on our units are made from stainless steel. Most importantly, it is equipped with a state of the art control system with touch screen or remote control that fully automatically controls the output pressure and speed. This makes it easy for the user to operate the machine and ensures uninterrupted operation. The KamJet can also be used with two users.

Efficient mass finishing for the toughest requirements With a circular vibrator from our CB range, you get a mass finishing machine that works efficiently and achieves perfect processing results. The working channel is helically shaped and allows you to gently process your workpiece whilst ensuring high material abrasion. Gate clearing at the push of a button By pressing a button on the unit, you can quickly reverse the motor's direction of rotation before separating your workpieces from the abrasive media. This ensures that no workpieces or abrasive media are left on the gate that could get trapped between the separator flap and the working channel. Ideally suited for ball polishing and pressure deburring The CB circular vibrators stand out thanks to their robust steel construction and reinforced imbalance drive in the ball polishing configuration. This makes them ideal for ball polishing and pressure deburring with blasting medium.

The housing is made of folded stable sheet steel and welded. In the cabins 2 workports with built-in rubber sleeves (easily exchangeable) are incorporated. The cabin is equipped with a blast hose, nozzle holder and nozzle 1 made of hard metal. For the different requirements are made of hard metal nozzle with a diameter of 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm for selection. All blasting medium-pressure vessel (1 - 3 Tank System) have a volume of 2 kg and provided with a closure cap. In all systems, a pressure reducing valve and a pressure gauge for setting a constant jet pressure, and compressed air supply are fitted with plug-in nipple. All systems are equipped with a pneumatic foot switch for turning on and displaying the blasting process.

This is the ideal piece of equipment for blasting small and even smaller surfaces of glass and metal for matting, fettling, cleaning, polishing and drilling. All mineral media such as corundum, glass beads, cullet, silicium, walnut and plastic granules in the grain size range of 0 - 300 μ can be used as blasting agents. There is a selection of hard metal nozzles with a diameter of 0.8 mm and 1.0 - 1.2 mm as well as 1.5 mm for various requirements.
