TECHNICAL DEFINITION SEMIN AIRLESS is an interior finishing coating designed for Airless projection. It is ideally suited to the preparation of pre-slabs, walled concrete and plasterboards before painting. Plasterboard must be primed. APPLICATION SEMIN AIRLESS can be projected with any type of Airless type 695, 795 or Mark 5 machine, fitted with an Airless tremie and a size 21, 23 or 41 nozzle.

Concrete staircase, manufactured by us, is the staircase, made on concrete structure. The staircase on concrete is the most stable, very strong structure. In-between steps and wooden stairsteps are attached to concrete structure by using the special glue. What is more, wall edgings and edgings from outside, under the stairsteps are often installed, in order to cover the constructional defects (cracks). We do not cast any concrete structures – we only install the wooden parts of a staircase: stairsteps, in-between steps half-stairsteps, railings. As we do not cast any concrete structures, we often have to correct the discrepancies between the height and width of stairsteps, left by other builders. Unlike metal structure, which is installed within 1 day, preparation and casting works of concrete structure take some days. ZIM A 2625 machine is designed to increase efficiency for production of pipes and culverts. It has uniqe specifications to increase production capacity, using life, products quality. This machine can produce pipes 800mm – 2600mm diameter and 2500mm height.Machines can be designed semi or full automatic according to requirements. We use SIEMENS brand PLC microprocessors on automatic machines. The vibration system of machine is controlled by frequency driver controll system. It does not need any mechanic settings. It can easily adjusted from operator pannel. The vibrator system specially designed by our R&D team is used in our machines. The cooling of the vibrators are done by oil cycle system. There is a special unit for that cycling process. Oil flow is controlled by special sensors. Thanks to this technology our machines which have been working for many years without any problems, stand out with their low operating costs.

The sensor is used to measure the moisture of concrete aggregates and is typically installed over a silo belt feeder or a conveyor belt or under a silo trap door to have a view on a moving sample. Current loop is available for feeding the data into your PLC, and a software licence for a PC to calibrate the sensor as well as view and store the data is also included in the system. There are no moving or wearing parts and as the measurement is done by a non-contact remote sensor, the maintenance cost will be very low.
