The oven is specially designed for the transfer process that works with the sublimation principle to give wood, marble or special effects to the outer surface of aluminum profiles and sheets. The pattern on a polyester film is transferred to the outer surface of the previously base powder coated aluminum profiles or sheets using vacuum application and heat. Wood effect transfer system consists of a trolley with special vacuum heads, a vacuum pump system, sublimation oven with circulation system and fully PLC control system.

Punto Curvatura adopts a technological solution to bend those profiles that have already been through the powder coating treatment, particularly wooden-paint sublimates.

Socket Pillar ES850 with 4 slots and a convenient usable height of 50 cm. The housing consists of 4.5 mm thick aluminum profile, powder-coated on the outside. Standard color is RAL 9006 whitealuminum, further coatings in RAL colors are possible. The socket outlets have a VDE mark. Other equipment options on request.

It is a 135 micron strong and conformable polyethylene red or white film tape, coated with a high tack, removable, acrylic adhesive.
