About the course: Intensive 3-day course focusing on Sand Mold Casting. Modeling in Chemical Sand; Bronze casting; Finishing a bronze sculpture and learning techniques chiseling; Skates; Open to all skill levels, including beginners. What is included in the price? Materials for a small bronze sculpture; The cost of the course includes all materials. The course is held during normal workshop work and in the same space where other artistic projects are taking place. This way the student can learn about other techniques and come into contact with other materials. The student can ask questions to the trainer or any other of our employees. It is essential to wear old clothes and strong footwear. Alternatively, you can bring a larger sculpture of your own, paying for excess materials (Sand, Casting costs, Bronze, etc.) Basic materials are included in the price; Courses start on Mondays and Tuesdays and are open by appointment throughout the year.

After casting the Bronze, our chisels work on the Bronze (or aluminum, brass, etc.) using a series of techniques and tools. Imperfections and dirt are removed from the surface of the sculptures and if sculptures are cast in several parts, the welds are touched up. The surface finish can take several forms: Patina, or leaving the color of the metal visible. Some customers prefer to polish the surface until it looks like a mirror.

Intensive 5-day course focusing on Lost Wax Casting. Wax leakage in silicone molds; Wax touch-ups; Application of filling channels: Execution of refractory coating; Bronze casting; Finishing a bronze sculpture and chiseling techniques; Male; Open to all skill levels, including beginners. It is essential to wear old clothes and strong footwear. Alternatively, you can bring a piece of your own in wax and work. What is included in the price? Materials for a small bronze sculpture; The cost of the course includes all materials. More materials will be available for purchase on the day, if necessary. The course is held during normal workshop work and in the same space where other artistic projects are taking place.
