Novelis ff3 is pre-painted aluminum with a 3 mm thickness. This façade-cladding material gives architects and builders a wide range of sophisticated design possibilities. Thanks to the high mechanical strength of ff3, considerably wider spans compared with other alloys of the same material thickness are possible. Novelis ff2 pre-painted aluminum with a 2 mm thickness is developed specially for building facade cladding in ventilated and non-ventilated construction. Coil-coated with high-quality PVdF paint, this pre-painted aluminum has a flawless, brilliant surface with a variety of plain, metallic and special colors available.

Manufactured from Kynar® polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF), this material offers excellent corrosion and chemical resistance at both ambient and elevated temperatures. PVDF is also inherently UV stable, mechanically tough, abrasion and flame resistant. Common applications of this material are chemical process/storage tanks, fluid handling fittings, Semiconductor equipment, Fire-safe components, DI water systems...Westlake Plastics offers it in sheets, rods and films in natural beige colour as a standard.

The DCX-25PVDF data loggers have been specially designed for use in aggressive liquids such as brackish water and sewage. The housing is made of polyvinylidene fluoride and the installed pressure transducer is available in Hastelloy C-276 or titanium 6AL-4V. Thanks to their long-life battery, they can keep measuring the water level, water pressure and temperature for years (up to 10 years at a rate of one measurement per hour). The logger can be configured using the supplied software (measurement interval, incident management, delayed measurement start etc.) and data that has been read can be displayed in a graph or chart, corrected using air pressure values, converted into fill levels or other units, and exported.
