In our wide range of polyurethane foam mouldings you will find head rests, arm and hand rests, leg and foot rests as well as abduction wedges, toilet seats and pipe covers for almost all purposes. All our moulded parts are characterised by long durability and low weight and are also suitable for use in humid and hygienic environments. The majority of our PU mouldings are tested for biocompatibility according to ISO 10993-5 and -10 as well as for flame resistance according to EN 1021-1 and -2. In addition, we also offer the appropriate retaining systems for our moulded parts. In addition to our standard range, we also manufacture customised PU mouldings using our many years of know-how in the industry. Thermoplastic injection-moulded polyurethane (TPU) based on polyesterpolyol, diisocyanate and glycol. This is vibration-absorbing, non-marking, non-staining and highly abrasion-resistant, while also providing good floor preservation. The tread is also resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances, although it has only limited resistance to hot water or steam.

Silicone rubber ALWA SIL SH 22 and SH 33 are silicone impression materials. These materials have extremely high mechanical values. In addition, they are very fast to handle and very easy to handle as well. The two-component silicone rubbers cure at room temperature. After mixing the two components, a low viscosity liquid develops, which crosslinks to a resistant and rubber elastic material. During the crosslinking, no exothermic heat is developed. When 1 – 3 % thixotropic agent is added per component, a spreadable mixture is obtained. The GXR Static Mixer (Licensee of Bayer, AG) is used for mixing, dispersing and homogenization of viscous materials. It is a high performance motionless mixer design that creates a very high degree of mixing in a short length. It is capable of mixing materials with very large differences in viscosity and volumetric ratios. It is a cost effective static mixer design with moderate mixing performance capabilities. It is most suitable for use in small diameter turbulent flow and laminar flow applications where the mixing task is simple and where it’s characteristic features of low pressure drop and open geometric structure are best for the specific application. For difficult applications, the high performance GX static mixer is recommended for laminar flow applications.
