The polyurethane-elastomer Blickle Softhane® is one of the four polyurethane treads developed by Blickle. The positive characteristics of the tread are the end result of many years of optimisation. The extra-thick elastic tread guarantees excellent operational comfort. It is especially gentle on the floor, abrasion-resistant and quiet. The green colour does not leave any tracks and is also non-staining. Softhane® is resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances, with the exception of aromatic solvents, hot water or steam.

The Extrathane® tread was developed on the back of Blickle’s decades of experience in this area to meet market demand and provide an outstanding set of characteristics. The tread is highly abrasion-resistant and has a high resistance to cut and tear propagation. This means that heavy duty wheels and heavy duty castors which use Blickle Extrathane® tread are also suitable for crossing thresholds and medium speeds.

Besthane® treads have 40% lower rolling and swivel resistance than the other polyurethane treads. This means that much less force is required to push or pull transport units carrying heavy loads. It also makes the series particularly interesting for customers focused on ergonomics and occupational safety. Besthane® tread also provides a particularly high level of dynamic load resistance, which is particularly useful when transporting sensitive materials. The tread is typically used for a variety of heavy duty applications on different transport units and machines in the machining and automotive industry. It can provide a load capacity of up to 12,000 kg at high speeds of up to 16 km/h.

Silicone rubber ALWA SIL SH 22 and SH 33 are silicone impression materials. These materials have extremely high mechanical values. In addition, they are very fast to handle and very easy to handle as well. The two-component silicone rubbers cure at room temperature. After mixing the two components, a low viscosity liquid develops, which crosslinks to a resistant and rubber elastic material. During the crosslinking, no exothermic heat is developed. When 1 – 3 % thixotropic agent is added per component, a spreadable mixture is obtained. We use state-of-the-art machines to produce high-quality molded parts in the area of PU casting technology. By varying the raw materials, formulations and manufacturing processes, the properties can be specifically influenced. Therefore, we can produce difficult geometries and also larger components with the excellent properties of a polyurethane. In casting technology, small and large quantities can be produced cost-effectively using simple molds. Firm bonding with other materials (steel, aluminum, cast iron metals, etc.) is also possible.

Hedgehog fingers/ hedgehog mats/ hedgehog bands are used for safe transport of sensitive and pressure-sensitive fruit as well as vegetables. The hedgehog tapes can even be glued with a PVC carrier tape. Whether for small quantities from 1 or for large-volume components weighing up to 900 kg, Intec E covers the entire range in hardnesses from 45 Shore A to 93 Shore A. If you need large quantities, we offer food contact approved materials in injection molding with up to 6 kg weight and 1.5 m² area.

ICS offers various systems for casting or spraying polyurethanes. Systems range from 1 to 4 component, and are avaidable for hot and cold cast. Depending on the properties your application needs we offer a system that suits your application best.
