Our machinery enables great flexibility at constantly high throughput to recycle your plastic waste efficiently and recourse-saving with help of different recycling processes Currently we run two modular recycling lines for clean, single-polymer and thermoplastic waste. One shredding-grinding line for up to 6.000 tons yearly and one modular shredding-grinding-agglomeration line for up to 9.000 tons which enables parallel or in-line grinding and agglomeration. With those two lines we can process any plastic waste the optimal, resource-efficient way. Since the foundation in 1997 we have developed a deep process knowledge for many types of plastic waste, to produce non-cloggy, free-flowing and dry regrind and agglomerate. After every polymer change our recycling lines are cleaned meticulously to avoid contamination from a polymer-mix. All metal parts are detected by metal detection and the recyclate runs through a dedusting machine before being filled into big bags.

What is Hydropol™? Hydropol™ is an innovative, water soluble, biodegradable polymer that can create a range of packaging products, designed to eliminate plastic pollution at source. Hydropol™ has several useful material properties – it is hot or warm water soluble, stable and storable, high-strength, heat sealable, electrostatic-resistant and is naturally resistant to UV light. Owing to its high hydrolysis level, Hydropol™ reacts to water at controlled temperatures and has a much wider range of potential applications than cold water-soluble flakes.

With an ever increasing refuse stream, Government waste prevention programmes and new industry targets, the demand for products made from recycled materials is rising, meaning that recyclability is becoming an increasingly important attribute for polymers. However, thermomechanical degradation from the repeated melting during the recycling process, weathering and contamination can all have negative effects on properties and performance. Dryflex TPE impact modifiers can be added to the recyclate, helping to transform the properties from stiff and brittle to flexible and tough and improve the impact resistance and aesthetics of the finished product. Dryflex TPE compounds are being used as impact modifiers in both primary and secondary recyclate supply streams. Compatibilisation Dryflex TPE impact modifiers can also function as a compatibiliser when used with commingled sources of non-polar polymers such as PP, PE and PS.
