The lifting slings correspond to DIN EN 14921. The are made of highstrength polyester straps. The sling surface is also impregnated with polyurethane to make it abrasionproof. The working load limit (WLL) and the cord tonnage (tonne capacity per cord) are either woven into or printed on the sling. The safety label with the CE mark and technical data is firmly sewn to the sling. The colour of the sling corresponds to the colour code scheme for load capacities of textile type slings. The lifting slings have high UV resistance and low moisture absorption. Safety factor 71 Example WLL 1000kg = break load 7000kg. These lifting slings carry the CE mark according to the European machinery directive. The stated WLL applies to a vertical lift. By a basket lift the WLL is doubled.

PET strapping is particularly tear-resistant and elastic at the same time. Thus they reliably absorb shocks during transportation and, depending on width, can sustain loads of between 185 and 580 kg. Our PET strapping is available in widths of 9.5 to 15.5 millimeters with tight fabrication tolerances. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle, since it consists of 100 % recyclabled plastic bottles (bottle flakes). It has a high stability for optimal load security. Its constantly high quality ensures a high machine availability. New battery strapping tool GT ONE ECO with adjustable operating mode according to the application: manual or soft for delicate products. The insertion of the strap is simple and fast and you simply have to press a button to get the tension and the vibration welding (heating by friction). The strapping tool is perfectly balanced, it can be used for vertical and horizontal strappings. It is equipped with a latest generation brushless motor driven by a lithium battery and with a digital display that shows all useful parameters (tension, welding time and battery charge level).

The strapping tool ST IMPA 13/16 is usable with both polypropylene strap and polyester strap (green, high resistance) from 12 to 16 mm. Given the high tightness of the seal it is recommended to use a polyester strap. The breaking load depends on the strap of choice.

Pneumatic tensioner model FP CORD for tensioning and cutting of polyester strap textile and composite. Equipped with high tension force (7500 N) allows the use of strap widths up to 32 mm. By acting on the supply pressure it is possible to adjust the tension. The built-in knife allows cutting the strap easily and without waste of material. The holding capacity of strap depends on material type to strap and on strap choice.

Since Weatherguard was manufactured with cold glue, Hotmelt strapping is manufactured with hot glue technology. The polyester yarn strands are longitudinally bonded and covered with hot melt glue. Hotmelt strapping is used for light to medium duty applications. It is UV and humidity resistant, but sensitive to high or low air temperature. At low temperatures below 0°C the strap freezes, becomes stiffer and loses the elasticity, but all other features are not affected and once strapped, your merchandise can be stored outdoors at low temperatures without any restrictions. Due to its physical characteristics (hot melt glue), at high temperatures Hotmelt strapping becomes softer and could slip in the buckle under some circumstances (movement of strapped merchandise). Therefore, in this case for outdoors applications in warm regions with air temperatures much above 30°C
