Our powder paint booths are manufactured as standard or custom design according to the customer’s needs. For the cabin selection, the dimensions of the parts and the targeted capacity are the determining elements. Our booths are made of stainless steel or galvanized sheet and fully assembled with bolts to easy disassembling. In our powder paint booths with filter, the air is sucked through the filters while the unused powder particles are held by filters. The filters are automatically and periodically pumped air in reverse direction to direct the powder paint that held by filters to the sieve tanks which is under the cabinet for reusing. As a result of this process, the unused powder paint is recycled. Polyester-Teflon and Sinter-Lamellar type filters are used in our booths. Polyester-Teflon filters are preferred due to their low cost and Sinter-Lamellar filters are preferred due to their long filter life. Both types offer efficiency with recycling systems, economical solution

Outdoor storage, suitable for storing a small cistern with a capacity of 1100 liters. Made of 12/10 thick carbon sheet, painted in polyester for outdoor use. The deposit is equipped with lateral ventilation grilles, openeable top, hinged doors, handle with lock equipped with double key and watertight collection tank. Comes with safety stickers. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the products intended to be stored and moved are compatible with the construction material and any painting of the deposit.

Our products are manufactured in accordance with TSE and CE EN747 EN 74712012+A1 standards. Our bunk bed is produced from CRST 12 quality 1 mm thick metal profiles. The product is epoxy and polyester resin electrostatic powder painted so that it can be used without abrasion fading and rusting. Our bunk bed is completely disassembled thanks to the special allen screw system. With this special allen screw disassembly system, the durability of the bunk bed increases, does not shake, does not squeak, does not make noise, and does not experience negativities such as screw rubbing. There are 10 iron profile slats on each floor as bunk bed under bed platform. It provides extra safety with 2 railings on the upper floor of the bunk bed. The lower floor has an average carrying capacity of 250 kg and the upper floor has an average carrying capacity of 150 kg. With its high carrying capacity, children, young people, adults, all age groups can use it.

Specially designed for high security and protection of administrations, systems installations, plans (sensitive areas, public areas, publics…). The panels are between 150 cm and 300 cm, the minimum of the wires is 5 to 6 mm, the mesh of the panels is 10 mm. Depending on the customer’s project, the posts (pulls) are designed with L or Y arms for pulling wire or razor wire. Cold Room panel polyurethane density of is 42 kg / m³ (± 2) and they are produced with PUR or PIR insulation. Cold Room Panels are interlocking in male and female form and with eccentric lock and can be disassembled when necessary. Wall and ceiling panels are produced in thicknesses of 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200 mm. Dip galvanized sheet painted with polyester-based paint in 0,50 mm thickness with RAL 9002 color code is used for both surfaces of the wall panels. Wall and ceiling panel sheets are produced in Stainless Steel, PVC and PPGI depending on the area of use. The surface of the panels is smooth, hygienic and easy to clean. Panels are prevented from heat loss with their special design and accessories. Panels with surface protection film are protected against scratching during transportation and assembly. Panels can be manufactured with flat or corrugated surfaces.

Standard stands are designed for mounting blocked mailboxes from one to four blocks. There may be two to ten places in one mailbox unit.
