Our company's offer includes welding of steel structures made of stainless steel and carbon steel. Welding is carried out using the method MIG / MAG creation of an electric arc between the head and the material. It is covered with shields of mechanical gases such as, for example, neutral (argon) or chemically active (carbon dioxide); TIG welding using a tungsten electrode and a shield of noble (inert) gas, most often argon. We combine elements of standard size as well as largesize items We provide welds with the highest usable parameters, but after the welding process, the combined elements are additionally grinded and we remove any sharp edges or endings

Our company specializes in a wide range of welding services, with an emphasis on high quality welding welds. We use modern technologies that guarantee excellent results. We carry out welding of a variety of materials, including carbon/structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Our production facility meets stringent quality standards, such as PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 and PN-EN 1090-2:2018-09. We have implemented modern welding technology for group 1.1 and 1.2 carbon steels in accordance with PN-EN ISO 15614-1:2017-08. Our skills include working with steels such as S355J2 and steels with lower yield strengths, especially for material thicknesses above 3 mm for fillet welds (3-23 for butt welds), welded using the MAG-135 method. We provide professional execution of any steel welding service.

Many years of presence on the market and the use of modern tools allow us to reduce the costs of projects to a minimum, in other words, offering very competitive prices. We apply the principle of an individual approach to each client and order. We always select methods and materials that will bring the best results while keeping costs as low as possible. Welding of steel structures is much more than achieving the appropriate strength of the connection. Customers are also concerned with aesthetic values, so all elements should be connected in such a way that the welds are as inconspicuous as possible. This is because many structures are currently exposed and visible to the users of a given facility. In our work, we always focus on maintaining the highest possible aesthetic value of connections if they are exposed.

Welded structure from steel sheets. They are mounted on the shaft in the housing two discs to which clamp hammers are attached. Crusher inside it is lined with carpet, in the lower part with grates, and a gap between them allows the crushed material to move downwards at an appropriate level granulation. The hammers, grate and carpets are made of material abrasion resistant. The hammers on the discs are mounted oscillatingly.

“Welding” is a manufacturing or carving process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, using high heat to fuse parts and allow them to cool. The difference between welding and lower-temperature metal joining techniques, such as soldering and brazing, is that welding does not melt the base metal. Thanks to the modern equipment that we have on offer, we can perform, among other things, professional welding of carbon steel, aluminium and other metals using the MAG method and the MIG method. Thanks to experienced specialists working for us, the obtained effect is of very high quality and does not contain harmful contaminants on the ponds. We can also connect structural or stainless steel with the TIG method, using special tungsten electrodes. Welding structures with this technique are very popular because it allows for a very high quality of obtained connections and there are no restrictions on the position in which the connection is made.

Constructions for food industry are tanks that are used in recycling of PET waste.

Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. Since we have implemented the electronic system for management of the welding process, the following have been completed with its support: – heat exchangers, – flanges for high voltage line insulators, – supporting structures for high voltage insulators, – frames for fans of engine cooling systems, – foundations for marine engines, – refrigerating container for locomotives, – tanks

We have been manufacturing stainless steel machines and feeders constructions for food industry. The stainless steel structures are welded of different sizes and weight. Stainless steel feeders and mixers are among our currently manufactured products. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for food industry, which are customized to our customers’ individual needs and in accordance with the standards ISO-3834-2 and others international standards.

We have extensive experience in the metal designs of small and medium-sized structures and the modernization of machine parts. We are able to design or support the process of designing and manufacturing machine parts and steel structures. The physical connection of the design office with the production hall gives us the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and check the proposed technical solutions. Since 2006, steel structures have been the main area in which we help our clients. We are not only manufacturing steel elements to order – very often we help and support our customers in ensuring that metal structural elements meet all strength and utility requirements, and that they are maximally economical. As steel structure fabricators, we are able to produce any steel structures to order – of course, we are also subject to certain technological limitations, but they are small enough that they are not the main obstacle where welding of steel structures occurs.

The steel welding process is a key technology for the production of metal structures. We weld stainless steel structural elements, as well as entire structures made of structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys. The main welding types used by us are: a) arc welding with a consumable electrode in the shield of inert gasses (MIG welding) and active gasses (MAG welding); b) arc welding with a non-consumable electrode in protective gasses (TIG welding); c) 3D laser welding. The specificity of the welding services and its belonging to special processes mean that it is carried out in our plant only by qualified employees who undergo regular training to improve their qualifications. The uncompromising approach allowed us to weld in industries with increased requirements: automotive, aviation and railway. In the metal welding process, we can also use a welding robot, which allows us to achieve high repeatability and welding quality for small and large production series.
