Quality control and certification - Import export

In our own laboratory equipped with Instron tensile machine, all products are regularly tested during production process. We use ASTM (American Standard for Testing Materials) test methods, which includes breaking strength test, elongation test and joint breaking strength test (in combination with a buckle). Besides testing of finished products, all raw material is tested. We are also proud to announce that since 2016 two most common WOVEN strapping – 32mm with BS 2000kg and 2300kg are type approved by DNV (Det Norske Veritas). Specification: Standard type of 2-point safety belt which is not equipped with a retractor. It is usually completed with the buckle on webbing. Every safety belt is sold together with screws and washers as a complete set. Guarantee of quality: All products are covered by 12-month warranty. The Quality Control Certificate is issued for every delivered batch, as a consistency confirmation with the technical and constructional documentation. All safety belts hold an international approvals in accordance with ECE 16R-04 or 16R-05 UN Regulations.
