The outsourcing-based production solution allows for increased volume and cost reduction. We execute projects based on provided documentation and guidelines. With extensive experience in creating various types of machines, we offer not only manufacturing but also technical support and consultancy. Our machinery park includes lathes, milling machines, water jets, and welding stations. We also have a purchasing department, enabling us to obtain optimal prices for all components. The production hall is located in Gdańsk, ensuring easy access to the port, airport, and excellent highway connections. We fulfill various orders, including welding, painting, electrical assembly, and PLC controller programming.

We provide a service to replace old constructions with modern polycarbonate skylights, used as an alternative lighting of production halls, farm buildings, attics, workshops and other facilities. They are a durable and economical source of natural lighting in rooms. Steel and glass skylights made of reinforced glass cause heat loss and are prone to cracking and leaks. Chamber polycarbonate due to its low weight, good thermal insulation and mechanical properties is ideally suited for the production of roof lighting.

The fire dampers are available in the nominal diameter sizes DN200, DN224, DN250, DN280, DN300, DN315, DN355, DN400, DN450, DN500, DN560, DN600, DN630.

All fire dampers have a pull spring control gear and a fusible thermal trip (in FDA12T) or a returnspring actuator coupled with a thermal trip (in FDA12M).

JS INTEGRAL manufactures control panel enclosures for stationary machines and enclosures based on technical documentation provided by the customer, complying with the relevant requirements of PN-EN standards, including mining standards. Enclosures are intended for prefabrication of machine operator control panels, signal-control panel and control boxes, which are assembled on stationary machines and devices used in: • brown coal strip mining • mining and processing of mineral resources • different areas of the manufacturing industry, including the production of building materials • infrastructural and other facilities

Screw conveyorsare used for transporting sawdust, wood chips, pellets and other bulk materials. Conveyor housing is made of structural steel with Magnelis® coating. Wormwheel is made of thick-walled steel pipe with 10 mm thick spiral welded to the pipe. End necks welded on both ends of the wormwheel are designed to be mounted in high-quality self-aligning ball bearings (SKF or INA/FAG) with UCF housing. Additionally, our screw conveyors are equipped with rotation monitoring sensors and inspection hatches with overflow sensors.Depending on the requirements and purpose belt conveyors could work with capacities from 15 m3/h to 100 m3/h. Screw conveyors (also known as auger feeders) are used in various industries, and their design can be adapted to the specifics of each industry, if necessary. The screw feeders we manufacture are part of the pellet production lineswe design and build, and ensure stable, even feeding of the raw material to the next production stage.
