We are one of the leading Polish PCB manufacturers for many electronic industries. Since 1981, we have been constantly improving technology and machinery park. We specialize in the production of doublesided and singlesided PCBs on laminates FR4, MC PCB, CEM3T. We produce 2,000 sqm of PCBs monthly. We carry out medium and small production batches including 48H express orders of prototypes.

This mass production technology allows to produce cost efficiently precise parts made by injection molding of silicone LSR, meeting the highest requirements. In 2015 a team of researchers at Base Group accepted the task of creating unique production technology for aluminium heat exchangers for generator circuit breaker, also called coolers. In the course of research and conducted tests we succeeded in defining the production process which met strict Clients’ needs. Our products fulfil high expectations of upmarket Clients, which is confirmed with 100% quality control of produced heat exchangers. To guarantee the top quality of every single item produced by Base Group we perform helium tests in vacuum at the level of 1×10˄-6 bar × cm3/s and pressure tests (more than 62 bars). The results obtained by us are more credible than similar solutions offered by French or Italian producers.

The Vertical Machining Center combines advanced technology, productivity and value for a wide variety of applications. The machine is built with more productivity-enhancing features than any other vertical in its class. Equipped with the MAZATROL Matrix Nexus CNC, this control provides conversational or EIA programming, giving the capability and productivity necessary for today's technology driven shops.
