OVIBRA Vibration Spiral Lifters are used for vertical transport (lifting) of loose and piece materials. Spiral Lifter cope even with highly abrasive and/or hot materials. In addition, due to the relatively long residence time of the material on the Lifter trough, the material can be subjected to various physical or chemical processes (cooling, drying, heating). The operation of the Lifter combines failure-free, quiet and smooth transport of materials with the ability to adjust the efficiency. Welded structure from steel sheets. They are mounted on the shaft in the housing two discs to which clamp hammers are attached. Crusher inside it is lined with carpet, in the lower part with grates, and a gap between them allows the crushed material to move downwards at an appropriate level granulation. The hammers, grate and carpets are made of material abrasion resistant. The hammers on the discs are mounted oscillatingly.
