We make 50-60 injection molds up to 1500 kg every year. Our own design office take care of the whole tool implementation and its complete documentation. PCB depanelization is a process step in the production of large-scale assembly of electronics. To increase the throughput of printed circuit board (PCB) and surface mount (SMT) production lines, printed circuit boards are often designed to consist of many smaller individual printed circuit boards that will be used in the final product. This PCB cluster is called a panel or multi-block. The large panel is broken or "depanellated" as a process step - depending on the product, this can be right after the SMT process, after the in-circuit test (ICT), after soldering through-hole components, and even just before the final assembly of the PCBA in the enclosure.

Our injection department is also involved in injection molds testing. We test injection molds for tool shops and customers who import molds, e.g. from China. In addition to tool testing, we also assess the quality of workmanship, check the compliance of the construction documentation with the actual state and possible modifications to the forms.

There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

We design and manufacture injection molds. Our design department manufactures about 50-60 injection molds every year - only for its own needs. We design cold-runner, hot-runner, one-component and multi-component tools.

Our company is into designing of details made of plastic. The design department, which cooperates with mold designers and injection technologists, has extensive practical knowledge that allows us to develop technologically correct projects.
