Drum-type models occupy one-third the floor space and can process up to 500 gpm of fluids

Injection molding - plastic molding technique consisting in injecting plasticized material into the mold, in which it solidifies (solidifies) in the so-called a molding (fitting). Injection molding (shortly: injection) is a cyclical process of processing plastics in the form of granules. There is also a variation of injection molding in which not the finished granulate is used, but a prepolymer and an agent causing it to polymerize during the molding process. This type of injection is called reactive injection molding. The injection molding process is carried out in special devices called injection molding machines. Injection is used to mold thermoplastics or thermosets.

Many years of our technologists' experience in the field of projects implementation and development of technologies allow us to help with our customers' obstacles. There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

Our company is into designing of details made of plastic. The design department, which cooperates with mold designers and injection technologists, has extensive practical knowledge that allows us to develop technologically correct projects. We also work with designers who support us in the design of functional elements.
