Ultraviolet (UV) treatment effectively destroys 99.9% of waterborne microorganisms. PRAB’s line of UV systems for water purification are an environmentally friendly alternative to chlorine disinfection and have no disinfection byproducts (DBP’s). Horizontal module bag filters are modern devices used to de-dust polluted industrial gases. At the same time they meet technical condition which is high efficiency of the de-dusting process, and the economic one which concerns low capital expenditures and operational costs. Horizontal bag filters can be applied in practice in every industry: from power industry and heating engineering to metallurgy and steelworks, chemicals industry, foodstuffs industry and bulk material industries. Module vertical bag filters constitute a line of traditional de-dusting units with bags attached in a vertical system. They are intended to extract dry dust from gases in all industry sectors. They are characterized by ability to purify great quantities of gases. BENEFITS •An advanced way gases are entered ensures their uniform flow into all of the bags. •Downstream direction of certain quantity of gases supports falling of the dusts in the filter's chamber. •Both-side filtrating bags positioning and preventing them from their displacement eliminates effect of mechanical wear in case ends of bags contact each other. It is very important in case of long bags. •Modern regeneration system - Twin-jet enables applying of purified gas originating from the filter clean chamber to carry out this process. In this way efficiency of regeneration grows up and, at the same time, compressed air consumption goes down.

Effective NOx reduction systems offered by INSTAL-FILTER SA are combination of proven technologies based on long-term experiences and innovative technology. CSB series drum driers manufactured by our company with a capacity of 2 to 15 t/h are intended for drying chipped biomass, including sawdust, microchips, straw, etc. All models of CSB series drum dryers are adapted to work with heat generators for both wet (humidity up to 55%) and dry biomass (humidity up to 20%). Our dryers are designed with a view to maximally increase the level of safety during their operation which is guaranteed by the significant reduction in the temperature of the drying agent, the application of a flap automatically cutting off the flow of the drying agent to the drum of the dryer and the implementation of a modern fire protection system and an exhaust gas purification system in all dryer models.CSB series drum dryers feature a solid construction and aesthetic design.
