Plastic parts - Import export

We accept orders for the production of plastic parts. We can comprehensively start production starting from an idea, drawing, sketch or model. We make trial parts, 3D models, and after acceptance we prepare an injection mold for serial production. We offer very competitive prices for the implementation of individual projects.

There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

Our company is into designing of details made of plastic. The design department, which cooperates with mold designers and injection technologists, has extensive practical knowledge that allows us to develop technologically correct projects. We also work with designers who support us in the design of functional elements.
