Franc-Textil is one of the biggest producer of roman blinds in Europa. Our roman blinds will be produced according to the description of customer or according to our own models. We provide all components.We use 2 types of mechanism: Roman blinds with wooden stick, Roman blinds with aluminium rail and cord or chains mechanism, We assure competitive prices and high quality of our products. We offer also ready- made roman blinds produced of our own fabrics.

We provide robotic welding. Along with our certified welding team, We have incorporated the use of automated robotic welding into our everyday services. This robotic welder has a specially configured cell, allowing for a large range of part sizes and specifications to be completed. Besides, the welder performs with extreme consistency, repeatedly producing perfect welds in the most efficient way. The insulated manifold box is used for mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery (MVHR). MVHR manifolds do not need to be insulated onsite thanks to the insulating properties of EPP. Manifold boxes are designed for distribution of 75mm semi-rigid ducting around. The number of connectors varies depending on the user's specifications: 6-13 connection spigots.

The mechanical counterflow cooler for pellet is designed to cool hot pellets by means of a counter-flow stream of cool air which enters the cooler chamber from the bottom through the inlet at the bottom of the device and leaves it through the outlet located at the top of the cooler. An corresponding layer of material is maintained in the cooling chamber which is fed through an inlet sluice located in the upper part of the cooling chamber. When the maximum filling level in the cooler is reached, the sensor activates the discharge grate, which cyclically discharges the cooled product into the discharge hopper until the rated minimum level is reached. The minimum and maximum fill levels in the cooler chamber is regulated by manually adjusting the position of the fill sensors. In the lower part of the cooler, there is a discharge mechanism which ensures even removal of material from the cooler chamber.

For fl anges defi ned this way Gambit Lubawka Sp. z o.o. manufactures gaskets according to appropriate norms describing construction and sizes of gaskets. Numbers of these norms are referred to in description of individual types of gaskets. We also manufacture gaskets beyond the chains of dimensions, according to requirements defi ned by a customer. In order to meet our customers’ demands related to various fl ange systems, we manufacture different types of gaskets: 1. GAMSEAL gaskets cut from AF series gasket sheets, 2.
