Bitumer Flexigum PU is a one-component bitumen-polyurethane compound that forms a permanently flexible and chemically resistant fastening and stress transfer compound. Bitumer Flexigum PU finds its use in: •for continuous resilient fixing of the rail as a subfloor, •rail fastening compound and as a lagging for the underfloor, •for making permanent and flexible expansion joints between concrete slabs and elements made of steel, •filling the gaps located between the road strip and the rail, •for filling concrete-to-concrete joints •filling joints, gaps, cracks and expansion joints in heavily worked asphalt and concrete pavements ( e.g., curbs on bridges), •filling joints "working" on steel and concrete bridges and other pavements characterized by strong movements.

The range of our products includes control cabinets enclosures for indoor and outdoor applications only from the most reputable European brands. Our cabinets are equipped with 3 mm thick mounting plates which allows us to mount even the most demanding equipment without losing the flexibility of the plate. The skeleton construction of enclosures based on closed profiles allows their unlimited expansion and joining switchboards in series. The devives used by us in every switchgear is feature durability and compactness. These are exclusively products of market-leading manufacturers such as SIEMENS, SCHNEDIER, Rittal or EATON. Besides, depending on their location, we install heating or cooling systems in each cabinet. We offer our clients a comprehensive service, starting from the design and construction of a control cabinet through its installation and commissioning.

Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

We supply our partners with semi-closed steel profiles of a special slot pattern used in building storage systems. High quality of our profiles enables to build modern storage systems what enables to optimize storage area and minimize investment costs. In 2015 a team of researchers at Base Group accepted the task of creating unique production technology for aluminium heat exchangers for generator circuit breaker, also called coolers. In the course of research and conducted tests we succeeded in defining the production process which met strict Clients’ needs. Our products fulfil high expectations of upmarket Clients, which is confirmed with 100% quality control of produced heat exchangers. To guarantee the top quality of every single item produced by Base Group we perform helium tests in vacuum at the level of 1×10˄-6 bar × cm3/s and pressure tests (more than 62 bars). The results obtained by us are more credible than similar solutions offered by French or Italian producers.
