One of the areas of ESTIMET's offer is laser cutting, used for precision processing of sheet metal, pipes and profiles. In ESTIMET's machine park we have two fiber lasers of 6 kW and 8 kW. Thanks to these devices, we can precisely cut elements with maximum dimensions of 2000 x 4000 mm. Our laser cutting services comply with the EN 1090 standard, as confirmed by the CE mark. We are ready to take on even the most demanding orders, offering to cut sheet metal made of a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper or bronze. We also have a gas burning machine, dedicated to metal sheets up to 150 mm thick. In addition, we have specialized machines for cutting pipes, profiles and sections with maximum dimensions of 450 x 450 mm. We can cut tubes and profiles in straight sections as well as at an angle. We offer sheet metal bending on a CNC hydraulic press brake with a maximum pressure of 225 tons and a bending length of up to 4000 mm. Thanks to numerical control, we ensure very high repeatability of shapes. Sheet metal bending service is an indispensable process in the metal industry, allowing precise forming and shaping of sheet metal according to individual customer needs. We have a well-equipped warehouse of bending tools allowing us to make even the most complicated elements. Our advanced technology and the experience of our team guarantee the excellent quality of the bending workmanship and quick execution of orders.

In addition to standard metal processing, we also offer the option of comprehensive individual machine assembly, or device assemblies, including elements of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics or automation elements for initial and final collections. For companies that do not have the ability to run assembly services, we are able to offer the launch of small and medium-sized stations or assembly lines in our plant, which may include not only the metal assemblies of elements, but may include the overall assembly of mechanisms or structures – including hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or automation structures. Well-trained staff of the design office and production employees are able to ensure the correct machine and device assembly. The sheet metal assemblies are the basis for our services, however, the mastered technological process of assembling equipment, machines and devices, allows us to offer a wider range of elements, such as installation services and metal work solutions.
