Our original control systems for technological processes are based on PLC controllers. In the installations designed and manufactured by us, we mainly use subassemblies from market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, Allen-Bradley or EATON. We can implement any controller offered by the manufacturers mentioned above to our systems. Our goal is to constantly develop, expand our knowledge and improve our workshop. In our projects, we strive to communicate the largest possible number of equipment used with one compatible communication protocol, thus avoiding additional electrical connections and gaining an easy possibility to diagnose problems caused in case of a potential failure. In our applications, we use SCADA and HMI systems. Each of them features a huge range of possibilities and allows to adapt particular requirements to specific solutions individually designed for a given client.

JS INTEGRAL manufactures control cabinets based on documentation provided by the customer (electrical and mechanical) or other technical arrangements, complying with the relevant requirements of PN-EN standards, including mining standards. Our control cabinets are used: •for power distribution and protection of electrical equipment against short-circuits, overvoltage and overload, •to control the operation of motors, pumps, fans, air conditioning, drives and other electrical appliances, •to control production processes in production and energy production / distribution companies, •to signal, control and monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, and technological processes in industry and power industry, •to implement control and monitoring functions in BMS and HVAC systems.

Our LoRaWAN® ZHAGA KSK-LK01 Controller is a smart lighting solution that follows ZHAGA standards for seamless integration. With LoRaWAN® connectivity, it enables remote management, energy efficiency, and secure communication. Easy to install and scalable, it's a future-proof choice for efficient, interoperable, and intelligent lighting control systems. ZHAGA controller typically includes various input and output ports, such as power supply input, communication input, and output for controlling the LEDs. It receives signals from the driver or control system, interprets them, and translates them into commands that can be understood by the LED module. The controller also monitors the operating conditions of the LEDs, such as temperature and current, and adjusts the performance accordingly. It ensures that the LEDs operate within their specified parameters and protects them from overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating.
