To meet the needs of our clients, we have introduced on-site machine assembly services in Gdańsk, North Poland. Through collaboration with our partner, Intema Sp. z o.o., we have established structures and expanded our contract production department. The outsourcing-based production solution allows for increased volume and cost reduction. We execute projects based on provided documentation and guidelines. With extensive experience in creating various types of machines, we offer not only manufacturing but also technical support and consultancy. Our machinery park includes lathes, milling machines, water jets, and welding stations. We also have a purchasing department, enabling us to obtain optimal prices for all components. The production hall is located in Gdańsk, ensuring easy access to the port, airport, and excellent highway connections. We fulfill various orders, including welding, painting, electrical assembly, and PLC controller programming.

We manufacturing a telescope for marine industry, according to our customers’ projects. A telescope were made of stainless steel. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for marine in accordance with the international standards: ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3, Offshore Standard DNV-OS-C401 and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004.

We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.

Base Group is manufacrurer of structures for offshore, oil & gas. Our structures manufactured for the offshore or oil & gas industry are results of any years of experience, specialized equipment and careful production process Offshore type structures or structures for iol & gas are manufactured according to the customers’ projects and each order is considered individually. We guarantee that our produce is high quality (based on the ISO 3834-2 standard).

We produce such components for the railways industry as: – partitions; – walls; – doors; – panels; – supporting frames for internal parts; – driver’s cab equipment; – equipment boxes; – stairs, handrails; – frames of seats, windows. Welding of constructions for railway is based on DIN EN 15085 CL1. We have implemented and certified quality assurance system consistent - we are welding new components at CL1 class level.

We have been successfully welding of constructions for waste and constructions for food industry for many years. The structures for waste are welded of steel of different sizes and weight. We manufacture high quality steel constructions for waste or food industry, which are customized to our customers’ needs and in accordance with the international standards ISO 3834-2, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2004 and EN 1090-2.

We have been specializing in constructions for marine and other products used in the marine sector for years. We manufacture of Flotation Units. The pruduct made from stainless steel and constituted waste water treatment systems.

Our company meets the quality requirements of PN-EN 1090-1 standard for welding metal materials and has a quality management certificate in ISO 3834-2 welding Our welders are authorized to weld using methods such as: MAG 135 - welding metal electrode in active gas shield MAG 136 - arc welding in the active gas shield powder wire MAG 138 - welding with consumable electrode in the shield of active gas powder wire with metal core SAW 121 - submerged arc welding

In 2015 a team of researchers at Base Group accepted the task of creating unique production technology for aluminium heat exchangers for generator circuit breaker, also called coolers. In the course of research and conducted tests we succeeded in defining the production process which met strict Clients’ needs. Our products fulfil high expectations of upmarket Clients, which is confirmed with 100% quality control of produced heat exchangers. To guarantee the top quality of every single item produced by Base Group we perform helium tests in vacuum at the level of 1×10˄-6 bar × cm3/s and pressure tests (more than 62 bars). The results obtained by us are more credible than similar solutions offered by French or Italian producers.

Light steel construction of hall.

Our last realisation - transport platforms. Such constructions, manufactured from scratch in our factory, will be used for transport by sea a 470 ton generator. They were manufactured according to the General Electric Power specification. Before they reach the customer, they will be protected against corrosion.

We manufacture elements for rail vehicles. The production process is based on the PN EN 15085 standard. Thanks to constant control, rail welded elements comply in 100% with our customers’ project requirements.
