Fine pea texturate (1-4 mm), produced from pea protein concentrate (72% in dry matter), GMO-free. Gives texture and crunchiness to products and retains them after thermal treatment. Ideal for vegan and vegetarian applications: meat analogues, pâtés, spreads. In high-protein snacks, it imitates nuts. Neutral in taste.
