JS INTEGRAL manufactures control cabinets based on documentation provided by the customer (electrical and mechanical) or other technical arrangements, complying with the relevant requirements of PN-EN standards, including mining standards. Our control cabinets are used: •for power distribution and protection of electrical equipment against short-circuits, overvoltage and overload, •to control the operation of motors, pumps, fans, air conditioning, drives and other electrical appliances, •to control production processes in production and energy production / distribution companies, •to signal, control and monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, and technological processes in industry and power industry, •to implement control and monitoring functions in BMS and HVAC systems.

The range of our products includes control cabinets enclosures for indoor and outdoor applications only from the most reputable European brands. Our cabinets are equipped with 3 mm thick mounting plates which allows us to mount even the most demanding equipment without losing the flexibility of the plate. The skeleton construction of enclosures based on closed profiles allows their unlimited expansion and joining switchboards in series. The devives used by us in every switchgear is feature durability and compactness. These are exclusively products of market-leading manufacturers such as SIEMENS, SCHNEDIER, Rittal or EATON. Besides, depending on their location, we install heating or cooling systems in each cabinet. We offer our clients a comprehensive service, starting from the design and construction of a control cabinet through its installation and commissioning.

Each collision bar is made of the toughest steel and provides excellent protection for nearby assets, especially in warehouses where forklifts or pallet trucks are often used. Each stop is powder-coated yellow and has black markings to alert nearby forklift and pedestrian users.

Skorpion 500 EBis a stationary drum chipper designed for chipping flat edgings, round timber, various types of furniture and sawmill waste of a width to 500 mm. The drive section of Skorpion 500 EB chipper is a45 or 55 kW slow-running electric motor. In contrast to high-speed motors, this motor is features more stable operation and higher torque. A slow-speed motor with the same power achieves greater energy transmission, and by increasing the diameter of the pulley on this motor, the service life of the V-belts is extended. The cutting system of the chipperincludes a drum with 2, 3 or optionally 4 cutting knives and 1 counter-knife. Screen used in the construction of this chipper ensures high regularity in size of the product. The required size of chips can be obtained by adequate configuration of suitable number of knives on the drum and the diameter of holes in the screen.
