Bitumer Primbit R is a high-quality solvent-based asphalt solution with additives. It is used to prime the surface of a structure before applying the actual asphalt insulation and to maintain corroded concrete surfaces. Bitumer TIXO is one-component, plastic, ready-to-use bituminous mass highly modified with synthetic rubber. Product is a modified bitumen reinforced with additives. High solid content gives possibility of making a good lasting bond which secures and seals the connection of asphalt materials. Galvanized and powder coated steel elements. The device permanently sited in the ground with concrete min. C-25/30. Structural posts protected with welded steel covers; bolts and screws protected with plastic end covers. Screw connections protected against corrosion by galvanizing.

The three-layer bonding guarantees high measurement accuracy. Each of the three layers, both the longitudinal outer layers and the diagonal inner layer, is waterproof. They are covered with a special coating of melamine resin, which prevents concrete from sticking and makes them easy to clean, and with paint, which provides protection against harsh weather conditions. Thanks to the sanded surface, the concrete structure is perfectly smooth after formwork. Pfeifer formwork panels are available in both wrought with front edge protection and unwrought versions.
